“I walked into petsmart in a pretty depressing mood. I had just left the vet and was told my bearded dragon might not make it but I had all good intentions on finding him a good size cage and getting him set up the way the vet had asked me to. I got to the register and was already stressed about the price . The cashier had just finished talking about how this was her 2nd job and she was tired but was making the best of it with a smile on her face. She greeted every customer in front of me with open arms and was asking if they were okay since the hurricane we had just went through. The cashier greeted me and told me she could save me some money. She said here give me your stuff I'll hold it up here for you while you go download the app. I then came back and she navigated me through everything and even saved me more money on the tank I bought. Her kindness and perfessionalism warmed my heart and really made my day. After telling her thank you over and over I asked her her name. Her name is Jennifer. Special thanks to her on helping me during a difficult time. Your kindness speaks volumes. She is an amazing employee and was truly a blessing !”

“The store was clean and easy to navigate.i don't like Petco or PetSmart. Their stuff is usually over priced and the people aren't very polite. I needed allergy chews for my old man. Some work and some don't. Decided to try a new one this time. He is a Cali dog living in Texas and his allergies are insane. Got him a knuckle buster as wellEnded up getting guinea pig forage mix and a few shaped toys for my step dad's new pet as well. The girl behind the counter was super sweet”
