“The lady that works here is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I was having trouble with the brake lights on a U-Haul I rented at another location, I came to this location because they had a 15’ U-Haul at around 4:30pm. I explained my problem and the lady said they close at 5:00pm but if I could hurry and come back she would work with me to exchange the truck. She went way above and beyond for me. She was on the phone with U-Haul for at least 45 minutes trying to get everything sorted out to make an exchange for me. By the time it was all said and done it was around 6:30pm. She had stayed an hour and a half late to help me when she didn’t have to. I am so thankful for your help that night and this review is the least I can do to try to repay your kindness.
