Great deals on monthly washes daily. Would definitely recommend giving Tidal wave a visit. I renew in spring and cancel for âTexas winterâ but have been coming back every year since the grand opening.

I have been using tidal wave ever since yall have opened here in clute . i had always had a good experience , till i hear my antenna get completely ripped off of my vehicle . Im not even as upset about my antenna , as to how the situation was handled . I dealt with an EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional âteam leadâ named tristyn. When I approached after I got through the car wash , i was âgreetedâ more like discarded by tristyn , because she didnât think it was a big deal that my antenna could be damaging other vehicles behind me . And all I was told after 5 minutes of looking for it , âoh just come back tomorrowâ I wasnât given any kind of management to get in contact with , i wasnât able to fill out any kind of incident form , i was told nothing could be done and come back tomorrow after persisting on getting some kind of information . What do I find when I get there ? They say âoh look we found your antennaâ , turns out same girl decided I took too long to come back for my antenna , and they had to dig it out of the trash right in front of me . Which was completely broken and bent by the way . Another team member tried to just hand me my antenna big ol smile on his face like nothing happened . Which is when I insisted on filling out an incident form . I was finally greeted by someone who seemed like they actually cared about customer service , i didnât catch his name . But apparently , when they heard I had a bad experience , they all assumed it was a âbald white guyâ , which goes to show how often people have issues with the management style here. But I was told that a manager would reach out to me about this situation , and it seems iâve been forgotten about . Needless to say iâve already cancelled my membership there . Do better Tidal Wave , maybe hire team members that donât drive your customers away .

My favorite car wash in the area! I have had a car wash membership for a couple months, and I couldnât be happier with this decision. Ben and the rest of the staff always do a fantastic job doing a pre-car wash rinse of bugs which really sets them apart from other car washes in the area! The staff is always very friendly which is a plus as well.

Was my first time using this car wash and it was a GREAT experience! I had a lot of help choosing which wash I wanted from the front gate man then when I pulled around Ryan pre washed my car was extremely nice and very polite! When I was done he came over when I was vacuuming my car to make sure my car came out clean! Will definitely be going back more often! That Mann needs a raise!!! đ
