The lady that works here is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I was having trouble with the brake lights on a U-Haul I rented at another location, I came to this location because they had a 15’ U-Haul at around 4:30pm. I explained my problem and the lady said they close at 5:00pm but if I could hurry and come back she would work with me to exchange the truck. She went way above and beyond for me. She was on the phone with U-Haul for at least 45 minutes trying to get everything sorted out to make an exchange for me. By the time it was all said and done it was around 6:30pm. She had stayed an hour and a half late to help me when she didn’t have to. I am so thankful for your help that night and this review is the least I can do to try to repay your kindness. Thank you so much.

Awful, nobody except one lady can help you and she never returns phone calls. Somehow I have paid my bill every month but the lock got changed and nobody can tell me why or help me but they keep charging my credit card every month for a unit I can not even access. She simply is not there when I call and never returns my phone calls but keeps charging my credit card. Awful service

Definitely recommend, I showed up a little after closing time and the lady stayed over and rented me an unit. Very polite, helpful and understanding.

Would give negative stars if I could. Came here for a u haul. The man I spoke with was extremely rude for no reason. Almost seemed like he wanted to fight us. First he threw his pen when I had to get my license out of my car. When I came back I gave it to him and asked “Are you sure it's ok that we're renting this from you?†Then he said very angrily “Are you okay?!†Threw my license at me and said if you want to start a problem I don't have to rent to you. And literally I did nothing. Terrible customer service. Mind blowing. Find somewhere else to get your U-Haul if you don't like being disrespected
