Megan is rude and disrespectful to the elderly has no understanding for anyone. She said to cancel the bank account instead of trying to work things out. She is a awful employee. She's also on a power trip. She is bullying the elderly into closing the bank account.

So, my parents have been doing business at FFB since they acquired Bank of Commerce in Abilene. Things change and so does rules and regulations. When I asked the "personal banker" some pertinent questions about documentation, she flips to this mode of hostility and states she hasn't been rude to me and that she's "done with me and I need to leave". At no point did I use profanity or raise my voice, but I did state a fact that she tried to disway me from seeking the answers I needed to help my elderly parents. Very unprofessional. If this institution employs this type of mentality, I suggest everyone switch to a more professional institution.

To bad I can't give a ZERO STARS!! Well as of right now we have 2 auto loans, our home loan, checking account and they have #FAILED!!I AM NOT HAPPY!!They left me off the title for both our car and truck, tried to get my ♿ tags! Didn't happen! It's been a month and they still keep messing up the paperwork!! My tags are expiring this weekend!! I don't think I will ever do business with Jim, Judy or Lisa in Clyde Texas ever again!!!

I have dealt with at least a dozen banks over the years for business and personal, and First Financial is the absolute best service in every category. And their people are the friendliest you will ever find!

The drive thru is so freaking slow and they take forever!! Been here at least 15 minutes so far and still waiting in line, not to mention how long I'll have to wait when I actually get to the thing! I'm about to stop coming to this branch if they cant get the problem fixed!
