Very unprofessional, I will not ever use them again, all I got was the run around and then the trailer I purchased wasn’t what I was told and expecting, I was told it would be ready in a few days and a month later and all the stories I was told, very disappointing

I don’t leave reviews often but these guys are awesome. When I was turned away by everyone else they gave me a hand. This is a honest, kind, and fair business. They go over and beyond for there customers. Be sure stop stop by fore your equipment needs

Would not recommend doing business here . Gave them 1/3 of the payment told them I would be back in 2 weeks with rest in cash to buy it . They said they would have it ready to hook and pull . Over the next 2 weeks I call and reassure them I will be coming on a specific date . On that day I call and tell them I would be there in 2 hours . They said it was ready .i drive all the way from Louisiana I get there and trailer is still sitting in same spot half way sunk in the ground un haulable .

Super disappointed with the customer service and lack of interest by EVERYONE at this RV shop... ignored my boss 2 weeks before this visit, when he went in to see about a part for his trailer he got so disgusted we left and went to another location in Temple where they were more than happy to supply him with a replacement roof vent and even offered tools and assistance because it was raining... part 2... I gave ST&T the benefit of the doubt and returned when some friends of mine who came into Clyde for a visit with their RV, and having trouble with their electrical inverter & battery charger system 2 weeks later, not only was the service desk attendant rude and acted like he couldn't be bothered, but finally told us they wouldn't even look at it, that the waiting list was over a week long... NEVER GOING BACK IN THERE, RECOMMEND YOU DON"T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME EITHER... still pissed about the attitudes and the way we were treated :(
