Today I went to get some Miracle Gro Graden Soil, the man at the desk said you want potting Soil! I said NO!! I AM WANTING GARDEN SOIL! So he said ok you want the stuff with no fertilizer! WELL NO garden soil has fertilizer, it just doesn't have the Styrofoam in it!!! So I paid almost 23 dollars for 2/2 cubic foot bags of soil!! When I showed him it has fertilizer! He dismissed me like I was stupid!!! I will never go back!!! Not the way to treat customers.

I called for a specific item. They looked it up, called me back, and asked me to come down. I did, and they were so friendly and helpful. A young man even opened the door for me as I was leaving! Why am I so surprised when people are friendly, helpful, and respectful?!?! I love small town Americana! This is a good place!

Their staff was so sincere and helpful! True Value personnel really care about their customers. True Value didn't actually carry the product I needed for my project; but, True Value direct me to where I might be able to find a “difficult-to-find†product.

True Value didn't actually carry the product I needed for my project; but, True Value direct me to where I might be able to find a "difficult-to-find" product. Can you believe it!!! They have won a lifetime customer in me. I will be sure to advertise to everyone of my neighbors, friends, relatives, AND since I'm a vet, to all veterans that: "If you want to save time and be on the receiving end of REAL service...Go To TRUE Value FIRST!"
