Truck drove like an old worn out school bus! Had an exhaust leak and was not clean on the "Mom" shelf.Online reservation was not honored. Price at time of pickup was 25-100% higher. Bait and switch tactics.Lady with short white hair was rude. Will NEVER rent from U-haul again! I have other choices these days!
