Mail carriers are nice and don’t have problem with them. Lady inside who works behind counter is so disrespectful and rude told me multiple times to look at my address on my package that was wrong on my order I took credit for that but yet still try not to give me my package. Then when I walked off she smarted off but yet we always get blamed for everything and even said when y’all are the problem first off I don’t think anyone should be called a problem if I could give zero stars I would.

Coldsprings USPS is horrible package was attempted to be delivered on 2/13 court house was closed. Today is 2/17 and still not delivered.Tried to file a research request online only to get the system is down. So now I sit on hold for 34 mins.I guess the entire snail mail system is broke. Court house really should take email copies because we can’t trust your local mail service in Coldsprings Texas

Received my package today but instead of putting on the porch at the house the delivery driver leaves it at the mailbox on the ground. Trying to figure out when that became a standard in delivery considering the lady that usually delivers our mail doesn't do that.I try to call the post office itself and I get a 1-800 number for them. Glad nobody passing by decided they needed my package more than I did.

This entire office is extremely racist. The post master is unprofessional and disrespectful with zero compassion. She should quit her job if she is that miserable. Refuses to give me my mail, lies about my packages and is disrespectful to me because im white. If i could give zero stars I would.

Postmaster is so rude and needs to be gone! Looking at the other reviews seems like I'm not the only one who feels this way! I moved in my house 3 months ago and she refuses to deliver my mail I sent the texas department of transportation out to resolve the issue cause the post master has it in her head that it's her way or no way and lied and told them I agreed to put my mailbox way down the street In front of a business and denied that she has been sending my mail back to original senders and I got proof! Corporate will be notified in the morning but not having much hope after this!!!!

Mail people to lazy to deliver package this is the second time it has happend and I am fed up with it I was home each time waiting for it and it says package delivery attempted but failed I didn't see anyone try to deliver a package I don't see what the issue is but it needs to be fixed I don't pay extra money to get my mail on time for it to be late unacceptable way to conduct business.

This post office is the worst. Package carriers leave stuff on the side of the house. And I think they just give up sometimes and mark it as "delivery attempted" when they made no such attempt. Then I have to wait a day to get my package. Post Master is useless. This place desperately needs new leadership. So bad...

Every time I track my packages it's always out for delivery. The mail lady that delivers in my neighborhood don't even try to deliver the packages. It really pisses me off when I pay for 1 day shipping, and don't receive my packages until 2 days after the package was suppose to be delivered. Just because someone don't want to do their job. This has been going on way before covid-19, so that's NOT an excuse.

For some reason my mail gets mis-delivered or I get other people’s mail. Today, tracking updates notified me that my packaged had been delivered at my mailbox at 4:54pm. It wasn’t there. It wasn’t anywhere, it wasn’t in any other mail box or on the porch of the house they mistake for an office, it wasn’t at my RV or ANYWHERE! So where did they deliver it?Every time this happens I go to the post office and everyone is sweet as molasses but they never DO anything!Are people intentionally just sloppy? You are suppose to be smart to qualify for these jobs. Maybe that is a myth. And Customer Service is a thing of the past with the US Postal Service. And they raise the cost of postage because they are losing money... gee, I wonder WHY!
