Summary: Even though they made a mistake, I would still highly recommend Pioneer as it's clear they care about their customers.I ordered a belt through Pioneer. Although there was a mistake with the order, they continued to provide excellent customer service thoroughly the entire process and went out of their way to make sure it was corrected. The conversations I had with them have been nothing short of professional.

Got a lever belt, I got an amazing deal in the discount section of their specialty belts tab on their site. It will last a lifetime. Also there wrist wraps are unmatched. There are the best quality for ware and heavy lifting hands down. Been using them almost 10 plus years now.

I ordered a custom belt for my 17 year old son and it looks amazing. They kept me posted throughout the manufacturing process and shipping so I never doubted what was happening. And it is a belt that will last him a lifetime. They made it super easy and clear to order and confirmed things several times. Very professional and a great product.

Pam was a great help when I called in with questions re: a custom belt order. the belt arrived ahead of schedule, i think because i didnt have any embroidery done, and is of fantastic quality. looking forward to using it for the next few decades

Amazing products and even better customer support. I have ordered 3 custom lifting belts and 1 custom dress belt and the quality and durability are amazing. The belts look and feel great, so they're definitely worth the money. I would recommend them to anyone that is searching for a weightlifting belt. Magen has been amazing to work with and she answers all of my questions (even the dumb ones). She definitely deserves a raise for all of the hard work she puts in.

I called this morning to see if they had a belt that I could just stop in to buy for my husband. Within 2 hours, they had custom made him a belt ready for me to pick up. The ladies in the front office were beyond amazing. They were the sweetest group of ladies and their customer service is beyond any I have ever experienced. The belt is awesome too and way better than I could have imagined. 10/10

Pros: Added customization after the fact and they accommodated me. However, the belt that arrived was not satisfactory. I took a picture and explained why and they got right on remaking it for me. Even made an adjustment that I had requested. The replacement belt arrived MUCH FASTER than the first two I had ordered from them. This told me they prioritized this since it was "warranty work."Con: They offer black buckle and black edging for an added cost, but not black rivets. When I asked for black rivets, I was simply told they didn't offer it. I think much better would've been to recognize that black rivets would go with their other offerings and make an effort to start offering it not only to me, but other, future customers of their black details.Weighing it all together, I still say 5 stars.

I purchased a 10mm lever power lifting belt back in February of 2020 and it has held up wonderfully over the last two years.I somehow managed to lose a screw from the lever portion and when I reached out to Pioneer to ask if they sell replacements (for some reason they aren't readily available for purchase online anywhere), I was sent replacement screws for FREE.AMAZING customer service and high quality products!

This company has been amazing to work with. On all fronts absolutely amazing. My first dealings were filled with questions. Definitely asked more questions than dollars I spent. Their customer service group never not once made me feel less than. They never once spoke down to me because of my ignorance. They educated me on every single concern I had. Building great confidence in my purchase. My first order was shipped much quicker than expected, and the quality was superb. This experience alone is what we as consumers are missing in all aspects of capitalism. Once I received my product I had questions about extremely specific details with the warranty and the leather. Their team never missed a beat. The team had most of the answers and support. As the questions became more complex I had the opportunity to speak with the owner. You can tell this man is sharp. He knows his stuff. His warranty stands behind his work because he and his team stand beside their customers for support the whole way. I began using the belt I purchased. I’ve since lost almost 70lbs and 10+ pant sizes. The whole journey through that process this team had my back literally and figuratively. Since then my belt no longer fit. I reached out again to the team, and explained my situation. They gave me options, that were beyond reasonable. I didn’t expect them to be so supportive of me. I just can’t say enough so I’ll cut it off here.

This review is way too long overdue. But got my custom lifting belt years ago and have never looked back or anywhere else. I've been so happy with this belt and so happy that it's lasted all these years. Sadly, I'm outgrowing it and excited to get another one after 5 years!
