Absolutely amazing service and super friendly staff. I had a flat tire down the road from the shop, I hitchhiked a ride to their shop to have my tire replaced. Upon replacing the tire I was asked where my car was once I told them where I was given a ride back to my car and offered to have the tire installed. If you’re ever in the area and need service definitely stop by this shop you won’t be disappointed. They quickly and politely took care of every customer who entered while I was at the shop.

I cannot thank this store and town so much. We were passing through and had a blowout a couple miles passed Coleman. I had no spare and my phone gets no service in or around Coleman. But this guy (I didn't get his name) gave us a ride back into Coleman and paid for a new tire and Williams gave us a ride back to our car and even put it back on for us! I don't know what we would have done without these amazing people.

Had two very bad tires, they did not have the size my car takes, so they let me use two loaner tires until I go back and get the new ones on Monday. Very friendly, understanding, and helpful. I went in on Saturday right before closing and they were still very cordial and professional and I would definitely recommend using Williams for all your tire needs
