If you bought a lottery ticket here on September 6, 2025, you might want to verify the date is correct. The young lady working the counter had old tickets from the previous drawing that she was passing out instead of printing new tickets as they were purchased. We went back and confronted her and got a new ticket printed, but who knows how many times she's done this?

I don’t go to a 7-Eleven looking exceptional customer service because it’s a quick in and out, but it rubs me the wrong way when the cashier doesn’t even look up from her phone while checking me out and speaking to me. It’s very dismissive fairly rude.

We came at around 1:30 am and were trying to get in cause the employee locked us out and he looked and shouted NO repeatedly like a mad man and I was so scared. he was wearing a plaid shirt please fire him. And if you want to get a late night snack do NOT go there.

I love coming here but there’s one specific person that always takes off my loyalty number and doesn’t know how to properly discount stuff. It’s 0753 Tuesday, January 28th and the guy at the register does not know what he’s doing. Please properly train the gentleman so I can keep getting not only the discounts as advertised but my points. I shouldn’t have let it go this far but I’m out roughly over 2000 points in general because of this one person. I was gonna buy all the beef jerky that was advertised at 75% off but the gentleman was not properly trained on how to do stuff. This is more of a rant and infuriating and I doubt anything will come of this but please at least train your new guys or make sure they retain knowledge. I’ll come back later hopefully when he’s not there. Monsters are 3 for 6.99 as advertised with rewards. I shouldn’t have to of pay 3 for 10.47.

Great place but terrible consumables. I've gotten sick multiple times getting an icee from their machines. Every flavor tastes like a mix of mold and clorox.
This was never a problem before 7-11 bought out the gas station. It used to be called Rattlers. Then they got bought out twice and everything has gone downhill since.

Most disgusting fountain machine in town!! Where is the health department at? It’s very obvious they never clean it or anything around it.
