I applied, interviewed, was offered a job by the asst manager (super nice lady BTW) filled out and completed ALL the paperwork. I was scheduled to start tomorrow (09/26/2024) I went in the store today because they wanted a copy of my 2 forms of ID which wasn't an issue. Well, a new manager of the name Jesus, apparently started, called after I left and informed me even though I was already hired and completed all the paperwork, since he did not interview me, I will not be starting, if I have any issues with his discussion, I can take it up with HR like I passed 2 other job offers to start working here for him to basically fire me the day BEFORE I start.

There is a boss or owner whose employees are called Richard or something like that, I could understand, he is very rude, he does not provide good service, he treats customers very badly. I have bought several times in that store but now the man is almost impossible, he does not even want to sell, I get to buy and not order so I don't understand your despotic attitude towards people with all customers it's the same I will have to choose not to go to that store and I can't recommend it to anyone for this man I hope they take action on the matter

4/26 The cashier is on a weird power trip, denied serving me a couple of beers because my deodrant and gum made him smell alcohol on me. This isn't the first time he's been rude and has refused to give my items because a friend of mine who wasn't even in the store didn't have his ID on him.

Never coming to this location again , told me my ID was fake ???? Because it didn’t shine ??? It looked shiny to me when he put the light . I told him that , that is my real ID like I don’t understand why he can’t take it or scan it ? He just say “ I’m sorry I can’t “ didn’t even scan it to double check . I understand if it was a fake ID like alright you got me but it’s Just so annoying when it feels like I’m being accused of something when it was a real ID. I like going to this store because it’s on my way home , and although the guy was nice I don’t understand the lack of knowledge on determining a real Identification?? Never ever had issues with my ID before but today apparently there was a issue

The manager is very disrespectful, he believes that the gas is his and he treats us as if we were aliens. It is not recommended to go through that establishment while that rude boss is there. And on the other hand, the labels say a price and charge you what they want.

The owner or manager is rude, poorly educated, even though we people end up consuming, this person who I don't know what his job is in the store, treats us in a rude and despotic way! In this store they have no sense of customer service! It is not recommended to enter the store

Up charges low income college students!!I bought a spray that was priced and labeled at $2.79 with a $20 bill.I asked the lady working today 12/9/23 at 10am to put the rest on the pump.Why did she only put $14 and some cents on my pump?She up charged my $2.79 spray to $5.40 and I didn’t remember until I was questioning the amount of gas I put.Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn’t get my receipt but if I ever see you working I will confront you after I make sure you don’t up charge me again.Other than this experience, I have had amazing customer service. The lady was probably too lazy to check the price or wanted to up charge me. Either way it’s terrible

The cashiers rob people out of there change , I would always ask for a receipt when coming to this gas station you can’t trust the cashiers!!
