As a business, this place is a joke. They have one or two helpful and friendly staff but sales people are incompetent. If you try to pay cash, they lie and increase the price listed online, then when you ask them to honor it, they leave you standing around for an hour trying to get you to leave.

Won't speak to you unless you're there to buy higher ticket items or look a certain way. Not a place to buy gear, better off going to Cyle Gear or shopping online.

Drove from Dallas to come pick up a bike sales lady was 2 hours late making us wait around then was nothing but condescending to us the entire duration. Will never be going back.
