This is 4 years later, but I still feel like it needed to be shared. I brought my 5 year old cat in because he was vomiting and having diarrhea for two days straight. I googled the symptoms before hand and it said it might be a pancreatitis infection. I went to the vet telling them I feel like it's a pancreatitis infection considering the symptoms (which there were more to indicate it) and they ran the FIRST test for and it came out "negative". Long story short, she ran 4 MORE TEST and $1,100+ more dollars later for the last one to say "oof yea it's a pancreatitis infection". Not only did it put my cat in danger because he was throwing up all of his water and food for two days, but I had to pay $1,100 dollars on tests that resulted in the EXACT THING I SAID AND THEY TESTED FOR FIRST! I was a college student at the time so money was TIGHT but of course for my fur babies I'd make it work, but she is A SCAM!!! DO NOT, PLEASE, DO NOT GO HERE! My baby is healthy now but is STILL bald from where they shaved him. And again, it's been 4 years. I hope she loses her license and this place get SHUT DOWN!

From first visits to ultimately having to put our hedgehogs down in their old age, we had only positive experiences at All Pets in terms of quality of care and professionalism. If you have an exotic, this should be your vet!My wife and I also have two dogs, but I would love to highlight some of the care we received for our hedgehogs over the years. We first came to All Pets for our hedgehog Peanut being constipated (fatal if not treated, like a lot of pets). I brought Peanut in to be seen, and being a first timer for a pet requiring anesthesia to be seen, they walked me through why, how, and how long he would be under while being seen. They explained potential risks associated with anesthesia, and gave me a complete cost breakdown of required costs and optional tests/costs that I could approve or reject line by line. While fixing up Peanut, Dr. Rupley noticed his skin had some issues as well. She patiently explained what it could be and what she recommended, but left it totally up to us whether or not we wanted to pursue treatment immediately which we really appreciated as broke college students.Later we got a second hog, Gherkin. A third, Kiwi, was the outcome of Peanut sneaking over *two* barriers and meeting Gherkin. At some point after washing their blankets, hair from the drier got wrapped around Kiwi’s foot, cutting off circulation. We didn’t notice for a couple of days as hogs are pretty non-social, and it was really bad. We immediately brought her in where Dr. Rupley said she may lose the foot, but she could try laser microsurgery to cut the hairs, remove them, and dress the wound. Because she was just a baby with a lot of life left in her, we opted to try. Despite the warnings of potential failure, not only did Kiwi keep the leg, you couldn’t even tell it happened! She would run on her wheel for hours every night like nothing happened with no scar that we ever observed. There were many other stories like these, especially for the more difficult visits, where we received excellent care for our hedgehogs and the staff were always very professional.

First time using All Pets. My husband and son took our cygnet in to check the wing. The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the issue. The staff is very caring and considerate. We will definitely be using All Pets for all of our exotic animals.

I would really like to express my pleasure with this clinic. I'll try not to write a book. I brought my rat Noodle in a desperate attempt to save her from a severe respiratory infection last year. Unfortunately, she passed away. During our time there, I had a tech who lacked sympathy and continuously referred to her as a him, and considering the circumstances, it was frustrating. I decided that because if that interaction plus the death of Noodle, I would not return to the clinic. I absolutely did not consider how wonderful Dr. Rupley handled the euthanization and how kind she was with me during the process of it. Nor did I consider how wonderful the receptionists had been to me. Not to mention the wonderful letter I received in the mail soon after. I let the bad experience of the tech influence my decision. I tried another vet the next time one of my rats needed a visit. She ended up passing away as well, however the entire team was unsatisfactory to me. The vet was unclear, the receptionists seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, and techs were entirely monotoned. When they told me she has died and handed her back to me, she was already stiff, which told me they paid little attention to her and she had died a while before contacting me. A few other visits occurred where they weren't helpful, so I decided to give All Pets another try. I was met with immediate help, thorough explanations, and a kind environment. This recent interaction, I had brought a rat of mine with an advanced respiratory infection to the clinic I had continuously had bad experiences with. She was there for 4ish hours just for I to be told they would not up her meds yet, and to wait two days to see improvement. They also didn't listen to me about a nebulization treatment. I took her to All Pets right after. As always, the receptionists were very kind. And as soon as I got into a room, the tech acknowledged she seemed in pretty bad health, and immediately took her to the vet before proceeding with the information she needed from me. She has no idea how much I appreciated the urgency. They listened to me when I asked about nebulization, they gave her the injection she needed, and they gave me food for her because she had been struggling to eat and drink on her own. Their urgency, their attentiveness, everything, was so wonderful. I have seen so much improvement in my girls health already and I am so happy. I regret so much that I made a quick decision based on a tech I had a bad experience with when all other aspects of their services were wonderful. Yes, they have high prices, but I feel so comfortable with my rats in their care that it is not a second thought. I have yet to bring in my dog or my cat, as they haven't needed to come in for anything, but I don't imagine they would treat them any differently. I can say for certain, though, that they are wonderful with my rats and I will be coming to them from now on. Dr. Rupley is so kind during any phone call I have had with her. She explains her work very well, and I have always felt her compassion and concern. Matthew, one of the receptions, is who I see most of the time I visit. He is so kind and welcoming. He has been so helpful with scheduling and any questions I've had. I didn't catch her name, but the tech who was urgent in getting my girl seen had blue hair and facial piercings. That was my first time seeing her and the interaction was amazing. If you've taken the time to read this entire thing, I hope it's helped. Thank you Dr. Rupley and your team.

Dr. Rupley has been a big help to us with our dog who has cancer. We feel that we’re in good hands. Dr Rupley always calls us with follow ups on our dog’s treatment plan, testing and labs. She takes her time to answer all our questions. Dr Rupley’s staff are all wonderful too. Always professional and efficient. Matthew, Jenise and Holly have all worked hard to help care for our girl! Our experience with All Pets has been 100% positive.

We decided to give our pets the first shots for the bivalent canine influenza due to the increase in cases in Texas. This vet clinic is one of the places in town that carry it. The first shot went okay (given when we boarded our dogs there over Christmas). For the second shot we scheduled an appointment but when we showed up they told us we were a walk-in and they didn't have us in their system. We went to this apt, delaying our travel plans just so that the dogs can finally get their second shots. The tech then proceeds to tell us that the vet was not in and therefore no vaccines can be given. A fact that could have been relayed to us at the reception when they checked us in for the shots. So we had to rebook our apt. We showed up for the second time after confirming with the clinic a few days prior that we indeed do have an apt for the shots. A tech comes and takes one of our dogs away to give her the shot and doesn't return for 20 mins. Next another tech comes in to inform that they infact had no vaccines to give out and that they were trying to get a hold of shots by calling other clinics!! Unbelievable and simply unprofessional. Why confirm an apt a couple of days prior to give out shots when there are none to give out? And why not just call us the day prior to the apt or even at the reception to tell us that there were no vaccines. Not going back there ever again.

Donald, don't bother commenting. We took our chi to All Pets for a routine dental cleaning. Same story as everyone else- extremely expensive, office visits 2+ hrs. AND my dog was never the same after surgery, started a very very rapid decline, we had to put her down 10 days later. This vet needs to have her license pulled. Don't. Take. Your. Pets. Here.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Needed to go somewhere ASAP for flea prevention and they were quick to attend me and my cat, along with recommending the most affordable and beneficial routes to take for treatment. All the staff is so friendly I am so happy with my experience.

When we got home from vacation and found our dog had received a bad injury at the kennel he was at, we took him to All Pets for the first time because our prior vet would not be able to get him in for a week. We love how loving and caring they always are toward our dog - they treat him as if he was their pet. They go above and beyond in their attention to care without doing unnecessary work. Our dog is actually excited to go there, because he knows he’s going to see friends. Thank you to everyone there, e we appreciate you all so much.

Do NOT Go To This Vet! They Threatened to KILL MY SNAKE! These people are Awful! They withheld my snake after injuring her preforming excessive, unnecessary treatment, & tests on my beloved pet (without my knowledge or consent) & they then proceeded to threaten to euthanize her (saying she would be dead quickly) if I do not let them give her a shot (which they refused to tell me what said shot was for), & pay significantly over my original agreed amount (for a simple physical well check for which I had already paid double). I did finally get my Pet back, but she is hurt & traumatized from these sick people. DO NOT EVER USE THIS VET FOR ANY ANIMAL, Especially your Exotics!!!
