I’ve never had a more horrible experience getting my lashes done anywhere. I paid $170 for a full volume set which is an extra $45 and an extra $20 for a “master stylist” because I haven’t gotten my lashes done in a couple years and finally decided to splurge on them for my birthday and I ended up with super thin, separated, frail lashes. The set took 1.5hrs which was the fastest full set I’ve ever gotten so I assume they were rushed and they turned out horrible I got them removed immediately after and they would not give me a refund because they have to “wait for the owner” to respond but I doubt that is even the case. I even just asked for a refund for the extra $65 I spent for a VOLUME set and the master stylist. So I just threw a way $170 for no reason. I do not recommend coming here at all, especially for a special event. I feel scammed.

Very professional staff. This was my first experience getting lashes. They turned out beautiful. Since this was for a special occasion only there was no pressure to buy a membership. They even followed up to make sure i had no issues. I would recommend them to anyone wanting beautiful lashes that last.

I am visiting from out of state and took a chance on amazing lash studio and was flying to a young lady name Selena. Selena did an amazing job. I was very pleased with her quality at work and did exactly what I asked. This girl is amazing. Claudia is the best at what she does I don't even have to tell her what I want done to my eyelashes anymore she just knows exactly what I want when I come in! The front staff is always so nice and helpful. Especially the blonde ( sorry i don't know her name ) she is always so attentive and on top of everything!

I always have a pleasant experience when coming to get my lashes done. The front desk staff are always pleasant especially the manager. My lash tech does an amazing job. She's very sweet and always has a positive attitude. I never have much fall out between appointments. All around I love coming here!

I went for my first lash appointment. Brittany was great. I love my lashes and gotten lots of compliments. Staff was very professional and dtudio very clean. Would highly recommend!

I moved to College Station for school and was very hesitant on going to someone new for my lashes, but I was not disappointed!! All of the girls I encountered there were so sweet and walked me through everything. l went to Brittney, who is a senior stylist, and I love her! She is so sweet and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The first time I went we talked the whole time and conversation just flowed so easy with her. The next time I went, she could tell I was tired so she just let me sleep. I loved that she could tell how I was feeling and knew to let me nap! Haha. She is super careful and talented at what she does, so I definitely recommend her!Service: Eyelash extensions

HORRIBLE!! Lashes was over $120 + and they didn't even last 12 hrs. Called them and they had me come in and did a refill on them and that lasted about 5 days then, they offered me a FREE set and same thing they was just falling off! They called me this morning and said my lashes are too thin??? Defiantly not worth it! I really wished they worked out for me but having to go back and forth to college station 2 times a week isn't work it for me!

I have been going to amazing lash studio since september 2022. The staff is very friendly and i’ve met some very nice lash techs. But the amount of bad experiences i’ve had and with all the money i’ve spent, i cannot recommend this place to anyone. I gave it as many chances as i could. It is very hard to find a lash tech that will give you lashes that will at least last a week. I’ve only had maybe 2 or 3 experiences where i’ve been happy with my lashes and they haven’t fallen out within 5 days. There have been multiple times when I’ve had to come in for an adjustment due to how quickly my lashes would fall out, and even after that they would just keep falling. One instance, I paid extra for a pro to do my lashes so they would last longer, but once i got them they started falling out as soon as i got to my car. I brought this to the staffs attention and they kindly offered me a full free lash set which was a great deal. Unfortunately, when I got this lash set earlier today, the person that did my lashes completely ignored my requests of what I wanted. I had asked for a natural, less full lash set and i even switched from volume to hybrid to make them less full. I ended up leaving with the fullest and longest lashes I have ever gotten, and not to mention that it was very painful with burning the entire time. 7 hours later my eyes are bloodshot red and I feel very unconfident with these lashes i wasn’t expecting. So while the place is nice and clean, the staff is sweet, i absolutely do not think that the experience is worth the amount of money they charge.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for over four years and this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Other stylists at the studio are kind, caring, and talented but one stylist in particular, Jessie, is none of those and worse. Getting your lashes done by her is nothing but a painful experience while getting ridiculed, laughed at, and dismissive remarks like “you’re fine” while tears roll down your face. This is even despite asking calmly and kindly multiple times for her to be more careful. Apparently this has been the case for many other of her clients as well. This girl should not be a lash technician nor be in any position that allows her to work with people. Even when I discussed the matter with her about it after we were finished she continued to mock me ,make condescending and ridiculing remarks, and smugly said “report me then” as if she was untouchable. So I did and here I am writing a review as well. Please, please, please, whatever you do, DO NOT let her touch your lashes. This has been the worst nightmare and I beg you to find someone else.The studio itself has been very nice and the rest of the people there are amazing. Please don’t make the same mistake I made by seeing Jessie.

For lash lifts- it’s terrible and way over priced! I have gotten several lash lifts at other places and tried this studio for the first time. It did not work at all on one eye and barely at all on the other eye. I told the manager I wasn’t going to pay $90 for the service that visibly didn’t work (which she agreed with) and all she offered was $20 off. I can’t even get them re-done right away elsewhere because of the chemicals and will have to wait a month and a half.DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!*Edit* The manager Abby called me personally to apologize and offered me a 50% refund :)
