The manager, Tap, helped out my group of 40 people (we had our own seating area) and his staff went above and beyond. Thank you again for helping our group out and food was great! Will be coming back to this location next time we're in College Station!

Their menu is very unique and everything we had hit the spot. Our country potato’s came out cold and stale but we alerted our server and he quickly brought out fresh potato’s and they were perfection. Hot and crispy! We will for sure be

Visiting our granddaughter in College Station but this was our first time dining in this cafe. Our waitress, Paris, was the absolute best. Food was so good that I wish there was one where we live!!

The kitchen has yet to master the eggs Benedict. For a time, the English muffins were almost burnt and so hard, even with the steak knife, I couldn't cut through them. To avoid the muffins, I ordered the eggs Benedict on hash browns. Over fried, the hash brown disks looked like hockey pucks and the hollandaise sauce was tasteless and thick. We go almost every week to Broken Egg, spend lots of money hosting our family, so I've been trying other items on the menu. The omelets are tasty but the eggs are usually overcooked around the edges. The Belgian waffle with scrambled eggs and bacon meal has been simple enough to be quite satisfying. But this past week, I decided to give eggs Benedict another try. It turned out to be easily the worst meal I've ever had. The English muffins were so under toasted, they dissolved into a wet mush on the plate. The eggs yolks were not poached but rock hard and the hollandaise sauce was a pale, paltry yellow with the consistency of instant mashed potatoes. I've never sent a meal back to the kitchen, but I should have this time. I ate most of this disgusting breakfast and regretted it the rest of the day. To top it off, the always enjoyable fruit salad had at least 5 sliced apples soaked in lemon juice that were so tart, I couldn't eat them. Stick with the berries and melon; nix the lemon soaked apples. My family's favorite meal is breakfast/brunch, and the service and ambiance of Another Broken Egg are primo, so maybe I'll just have a Bloody Mary when we brunch at the Broken Egg. Note to management: if the kitchen can't cook it correctly, take it off the menu until it can.

I absolutely love another broken egg! its my #1favorite brunch spot . The bathroom is cute and always smells like syrup (in a good way) . They have great mimosas and can do mimosas or bloody Mary's by the pitcher ! 100% do the city grits instead of potatoes !

We took one of our dogs to A&M to the veterinary center. They needed to run tests and we needed to kill a few hours. We live an hour away. We've eaten at several ABEC spots in the past including this one. I've never been overly impressed but my wife likes the place. I always order eggs benedict at any breakfast place we go to that offers it. It's always been ok at ABECs but this visit was different. It's a college town which means college age employees and guests. It was about 10:30am on a weekday and the place was slow. The hostess looked at us when we came in and then proceeded to never look at us or speak to us again. She seated us in the bar section of an almost empty restaurant right next to a couple of young ladies. No reason to put us that close when there were plenty of empty tables. The waitress was pleasant enough but extremely soft spoken in what seemed like an overly loud place. The eggs Benedict was awful. When she brought it to the table I had forgotten to ask for additional hollandaise sauce, so I asked then and she she brought it when I was done eating. Great! The English muffin was so hard and chewy that I had trouble cutting it not alone chewing it. The ham was hard and cold and very tough to chew. The eggs were the smallest I've ever seen?? The potatoes though just warm were very good. Waitress never came around to if we wanted coffee refills or anything. My wife had an omelette that she said was just ok. Only ate a small portion and brought the rest to the dogs. Very disappointing. Next time we'll kill time somewhere else.

Granted I showed up at opening. The English muffin on the blackstone wasn't toasted, therefore it was mushy. Everything needed vast quantities of salt. The city grits were extra but there was literally less than a tablespoon of onions and bacon added. Staff was nice. Pretty standard location. Sounds like a first and last visit.
