Great experience here. They fixed my issue that another store caused (ported my number to my son's phone in San Marcos). It took less than 5 minutes of my time while the other store wasted hours of my time. Great job guys!

These people are scammers, my friend came in to the store and was told they would add one line on pre-paid. They proceeded to add four lines not on pre paid when they told her they would only be adding one line.

Best AT&T, friendly staff, no wait! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable associate who took the time to understand my needs. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was attentive.
I left feeling confident and satisfied. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth shopping experience! Highly recommend this location.

Of all the AT&T locations in my 20+ years of experience with using wireless services... by far worst experience every single time I visit this location [917 William D. Fitch Pkwy] Absolutely useless... I intentionally only review 5 star positive experiences, but this is the exception. Last time. Will drive out of my way to any other location, suggesting you do the same

Do not go to this AT&T store. Will gather your
personal info and then change the plan. Do not trust them.. Make them tell you and you check your own credit . Do Not give them your license and social/sec. Until they give offer in writing.

Chelsey and Nick are ANGELS! After having a horrible experience with the Texas ave location, I came to this location. They exceeded every need and were so helpful every step of the way. Chelsey went above and beyond and did everything in her power to help me with my issue with the help of Nick. Chelsey definitely needs a promotion, and Nick was an awesome manager. I would recommend anyone to go to this location over the Texas ave location any day. I will be coming back to this location for all AT&T needs!

Was needing assistance activating my account/phone. Was helped immediately and when issues arose the manager stepped in and made things right, no questions asked. Kind and friendly staff as well!
