The store manager Garret was an AMAZING help! He ensured i left with the right plan, and phone that worked best with my plan. He went above and beyond and even recommended items that could help my elderly granny. I recommend this specific at&t store so much!! AMAZING TEAM!!

We went to this store to get my daughter a new phone. They had 2 phones in stock and that's it!!! The girl who helped us a zero personality. This was the worst experience I've had with At&t!

I went in today to get an upgrade on my phone before it went out and Mike was the man! He made the whole process easy which is great because I was nervous just going in there. Mike honestly made the whole experience great.

Probably the best at&t store I have been to. Hunter and Michael helped me add a line to my phone and process was flawless. They transferred all my data and I qualified for a promotion which was even better. I'll definitely be back here if I have any needs from at&t. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional.

This local store continues to surpass it's excellent customer service. Got me a text that was linked to an odd site that was linked to what appeared to be a legitimate AT&T web site. The guy at the door helped me determine it was spam and the appropriate actions (block, delete and then do a 5 min down reboot).

Manager is a clown. Gentleman waiting in front of me was told by the manager that he had to wait for a tech. 25 mins later the Mgr told the guy waiting that is tech is leaving for lunch so the mgr does for the customer what he told him 25 minutes earlier he couldn’t. I left after they took a walk-in before me that came in after me. Store is a joke.

Hunter Thorsen at the Fitch store was awesome and super helpful. We ran into some issues trying to use an older phone for a new line but eventually found a solution. He walked us through every steps, until we were set. Him and Savanah were very patient and knowledgeable. Everyone at the store was attentive and cordial.

Savannah was attentive to our needs as we walked through the door. I was beginning to get frustrated given we retracked every where he was. And still could not find the phone. She had positive customer service through the whole situation and very informative as to what we do after we found it. To secure it once we found his phone. He found is phone and wallet. Thank you so much Savannah this could have cost us alot more money. He had only had his phone 1 month. Because I would have not known exactly how to locate it and he did not either. She deserves recognition for this. You can tell she is truly there to help and is very knowledgeableof her job Thank you Savannah❤️

Went to cancel my deceased son's phone. I was told because the bill came out of his bank automatically they couldnt cancel it. I had all his paper work and his death certificate. When I went to the bank today(Monday) to close out his bank account, I was told they had charged his account at 6:57AM today. The bill was not due until Tuesday. It was a pre-paid account. I guess they needed the money real bad. Now I have to go back to the bank tomorrow to close his account.
