I did not actually use the shop. I had Bill get a quote on a transmission replacement, and I dropped off the car. Bill did some research and the pricing was coming back way above my budget, Bill tried to help me, but none of the options were something that worked. We got the car back the next day, no pressure, just helpfulness, even though I never spent a dime. My impression is you don't get a shop this size, with good reviews without being an honest, good guy. Thanks Bill

Do NOT take your vehicle here. They have no problem doing $800 in unnecessary 'repairs' and still giving you the vehicle back with the same problem. Nothing but excuses. What started as a 600 dollar quote ended up being over 1300. No eye contact when trying to justify their billing. No accountability. Just blamed a different shop as the reason why their repair didn't work when they said before it was not an issue. Just left a disabled veteran high and dry. If you want honest work, go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusted.

Very professional and prompt.
And they charged a lot less than another shop.

*Am only posting two stars due to the vehicles ability to drive me 989 miles back home otherwise would rate lower.*
I drove over 12 hours to look at a vehicle in their inventory. The gentleman who oversaw my entire sale was leland speed. He was in contact with me prior to me purchasing the vehicle, and sent photos and engine bay photos as requested but did not send me undercarrige photos as i asked. Being in the collision industry i had wanted to also see code history as well as the vehicle in person. When i drove out there to see the vehicle, it was unwashed, and upon further inspection my drive back home had found out about the emissions system having an issue. The busisness and leland have both ceased contact with me in regards to the issue as the codes came on 30 MILES from purchasing the vehicle. Being mechanicly inclined alowed me to bring it home okay. This busisness seems to burn corners to do anything for a sale, so would recommed being mechanicly inclined or who knows what would happen to any other buyer. The vehicle i purchased was diesel and fortunatly known for being bulletproof and also for whining constantly about the emissions system inside of it. BE WARNED. THEY HAVE GREAT SELECTION; but something fishy is going on there. Still diagnosing my new purchase three days later with ZERO call backs from the company.

Had to threaten a chargeback to get deposit back after financing changed their mind, even though the paperwork didn't specify non-refundable.

I normally don’t make post like this because I’m a business owner myself & I would rather someone come to me and talk to me before they actually went to social media Google Review, Better Business etc. However I’ve tried to reach out to Bill at AutoWerks off of Graham Rd in college station but they won’t respond to my text, calls or emails and Andrew told me he’s unavailable but to reach out via email which I’ve done but still no response.
I took my G Wagon to them for an oil leak and had no problem paying them $9800 when it came time for me to pay. $1800 of the 9800 was for a headlight driver side I believe. They kept my vehicle almost 6mo if not longer I lost track of time but i remember Andrew telling me it was running bad & they were having to set it or something of tht nature. The day after I got it back it made a real bad noise and began to run bad check engine light came on. I eventually took it back & they said it was out of timing, I eventually had it moved to Mercedes & they broke it down & came to the conclusion that too much sealant was used which got down inside the motor and washed out the journals, cam shaft & the head. The vehicle sat so long that I had to replace both batteries $1k & the the brakes etc. the bill is $27k & I feel it’s more than right that AutoWerks stand behind their business but instead I’m being dodged & they’re denying all responsibility. In the middle is a message where Andrew says do I have any other proof that it was something they done even though the reports says big as day that it was caused by excessive sealant Andrew says it was already sealant from a previous fix which my response was you never mentioned any of this before nor provided pictures in the report. I mean he sent pictures of rust, the headlight & other bs. In the pictures you will see the sealant that was used was down in the motor. It’s a long post I can go on and on but am I wrong for wanting to be compensated for all I’m out of? Am I wrong for wanting them to take responsibility & accountability for their work that I had no problem paying them for? They had no problem taking my money, I’m not letting this go. I have pictures & documentation to support everything I’m saying

Autowerks performed repairs on a vehicle for my daughter at TAMU. They were very good at communicating what work was required and why it was needed. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

First off let me start by saying I use to have a great deal of respect for this shop. They use to have an awesome mechanic name Wayne Jones. Ever since he left this shop has horrible technicians. My Ced Wade of C&J Trucking LLC took his Mercedes G63 G-Wagon to this shop a year ago to fix an oil leak that came from the valve covers after spending about 10k to fix this with Bill at Autowerks after completing the work we picked the vehicle up after about a month the leak was back and now the timing is off because you have to mess with the timing to fix this issue. We reached back out to this shop talk with Bill and they no responsibility of the fact they didn’t do the job right or set the timing properly. Very long story short we took it to the Mercedes dealership in July and lo and behold they found all the things that was done wrong to this vehicle along with putting to much sealant on the valve covers. At this point this F-up is costing my brother 30-50k to fix because this shop wouldn’t even respect the fact this man paid you a crap ton of money to fix a very high end vehicle and he has a prominent name in the community of doing good to help others and didn’t hesitate to pay his bill that was due and you wouldn’t even so much talk to him to see what could y’all down and come up with to resolve or fix the problem. You blew him and took no accountability that isn’t how you do business from one business man to another.

Excellent service! Andrew and Austin where very communicative and explained in high detail the reason they recommended certain work on my car. They answered all my questions and took notes of my concerns. The techs completed the work very fast. Very happy and will bring my Porsche again for future preventive maintenance to be done.

Dropped in, to check if Autowerks could replace a failed headlight on an Audi Q5. They said they might have to order the replacement. After quickly checking their stock, they told me they could do the replacement with about an hour of service time. Good job and they reset the cars computer. Thanks guys.

After bringing my car in for a checkup just after purchasing it, I have confidence that whenever I may need work done on my car, Autowerks is there for me. They may not be like some quick in and quick out shops but they are thorough and professional.
