Drive through was totally unavailable due to endless line of autos. I got in line inside, 10th place. Waiting to order and waiting after ordering total time 30 minutes. Only redeeming aspect was the drinks were excellent.

I love the snow cones there!!! The only downfall is that you can tell tap water is being used or the filter is old . You can taste the whatever’s in the water in college station. Reminds of pool water please fix it and yall will be the best.

Ordered the biggest size they had. Only the very top had flavor. The rest way literally unflavored. I basically bought a $9 cup of ice.... will not ever be going back

I heard about this place from a lot of people after moving to B/CS area. It was an okeyish experience for me.The good: Hell lot of flavour options, calm interior, drive throughThe bad: Too much sugar, mediocre customer serviceI wouldn't recommend this place if you like more tangy flavours. Most of the things that we tried were sweet. Overall, it didn't strike me as a fantastic place for snow cones, but who knows, things can change when I visit next time.

The customer service here is not great. The employees do not smile and seem like they don’t want to help you, they avoid eye contact when you come in, and it takes forever to get a snow cone.

They did an Excellent job! My truck is a farm truck and stays dirty all the time. They washed and vacuumed it. It looked amazing!! They also returned my rent car for me. Customer service is everything, and they are doing it right.

Fantastic food but you might as well order steak at the club for the time it takes for one snow cone. Literally the worst service I have ever seen. Couldn't pay me to come back. 40 min in the car line. Hard pass. Absolutely ten employees wandering around and the worlds slowest service I have ever encountered.

I recently visited with my daughter, and on different occasions by myself. Each and every time the customer service was questionable. This last visit really was the last straw. I’ve never felt so dismissed and unseen in an establishment like I did recently. I had to explain to my daughter it was nothing she did wrong (she has severe anxiety and was wanting to work on her social skills that day and was very excited BUT couldn’t understand why we were being ignored after watching everyone else get taken care of). Our orders were wrong after waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to put an order in. The guy behind the counter watched us come in and walked away from the register just to hold conversations with his friends. No one acknowledged us just stood there staring like I was supposed to jump over the counter and take our own order. There’s no reason a child should have to feel like they don’t belong in an establishment, because a few adults don’t feel like working. I left an email with the owner. And I’m honestly not surprised by the lack of response.

I had an unsatisfactory visit to Bahama Buck's on June 7, 2023, around 2 pm. We parked and entered the store to order four children's and one adult snow cone. However, the service we encountered was rather disappointing.While entering my phone number for reward points, an employee abruptly turned off the screen, which was surprising and felt disrespectful, especially since I was courteous enough to leave a 20% tip.Our experience continued to deteriorate as the adult snow cone we ordered was delayed for more than five minutes, even as other customers who arrived after us were being served. Despite our attempts to address the issue, our concerns were seemingly ignored, which added to our disappointment.The overall experience, unfortunately, gave me a feeling of potential bias, although I recognize this might be an isolated incident. The joy of our trip was dampened by the melting children's snow cones, which created a sticky mess in our car and on us.I would like to highlight the actions of the Caucasian female employee in the white hat who was on duty at that time. I think it's important for her to reflect on how her actions affected our experience negatively. We paid for our order, and due to the service we received, the overall mood for our family was negatively impacted.Given our experience, I would recommend anyone planning a visit to this location to consider these issues seriously. No customer should pay to receive subpar service. I hope this feedback reaches the management of Bahama Buck's and they take the necessary steps to improve their service.

The majority of my experiences here have been great! My sno has always come out fast and correct (and they are always happy to fix anything!!). Love their outside space as well :)

This was a yelp disaster! I never knew that you could have actually wait 20 minutes for snowcones while you're inside, and others are receiving their own. So disappointed. It better just to go through the drive through. Some advice if you don't want to wait 20-25 minutes for a snow cone.

I Côme to this location maybe 2-3 times a week and it’s always a pleasure. Really professional and polite employees. The reason for my review and 5 stars is an employee by the name of Mikey. Dude literally makes the best smoothies. Idk why it taste different but I can always tell when someone else makes it. Today I went and he was on snow cones and not smoothies but then I asked him to make mine and without hesitation or seeming annoyed he did so. That was very important to me!
