“TB&T just handled the mortgage for our new house. We got a very competitive interest rate and the fees were very reasonable, not something that happens often with local banks. Dana and Joey were great to work with, very professional and friendly. Throughout the application process, I only ever waited more than 30 minutes for an e-mail reply once. Knowing we were driving in from out of town, Dana brought the cashier's check to our closing so we wouldn't have to make an extra stop that morning. All in all, the level of service was spectacular.”

Nick is the main banker I deal with and he’s outstanding at not only dealing with your finances but also welcoming you in. 100/10 bank. Couldn’t recommend it enough”

“Never had any issues with this bank but I don't really use their financing, just checking+savings. The few times I needed help or a question answered the tellers (and manager) have been able to get me squared away on the spot. Their mobile app is a bit buggy and the fact that they aren't on Zelle is annoying but otherwise it's a fine bank.”
“Experience like today is the reason why I have been banking at Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I’m from Houston but for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, I had to come to college station. In between my daughter’s game I raced out to the closest branch to send an urgent wire. I walked in 3-4minutes prior closing, hoping and praying that they would help me out. The branch manager, Katie, who didn’t know me from a bum on the street, personally took the time to stay after closing to make sure she processed my wire. This is customer service at its finest. So grateful that she would take the time, inconveniencing herself and the staff to take care of my needs. Grateful that this branch has a manger who is so keenly aware of what true customer service looks like! I’m certain this filters down to all of her team members.
