“TB&T just handled the mortgage for our new house. We got a very competitive interest rate and the fees were very reasonable, not something that happens often with local banks. Dana and Joey were great to work with, very professional and friendly. Throughout the application process, I only ever waited more than 30 minutes for an e-mail reply once. Knowing we were driving in from out of town, Dana brought the cashier's check to our closing so we wouldn't have to make an extra stop that morning. All in all, the level of service was spectacular.”

“Although I can't particularly comment on specific products and/or prices available for this bank (I am a customer there only as a representative of a nonprofit organization) I will still gladly give five stars based on their amazing customer service. Every employee in the building was extremely nice and they knew who I was and knew exactly what I needed just because someone else in my organization had told them I was coming in a few days before.”

“Never had any issues with this bank but I don't really use their financing, just checking+savings. The few times I needed help or a question answered the tellers (and manager) have been able to get me squared away on the spot. Their mobile app is a bit buggy and the fact that they aren't on Zelle is annoying but otherwise it's a fine bank.”

“I work as a bartender which means one a month I come in with an entire beer bucket full of various bills that are ridiculously crinkled from being scrunched up in our tip jar. Without fail, these bills mess with the money counter and make counting my money a frustrating process. Despite this, month after month, Leti has patience and never makes me feel bad. I would understand if she aired her frustrations but she always assures me it’s not a big deal.
Even though this seems like something small, it makes my experience at the bank so much better. Shout out to Leti for killer customer service!!!”
