Gem Brewer was great with her customer service skills efficient and on point. Thank you for your interest and consideration. Much better than Bryan PNC where they make excuses as they go. If you want me to go inside the bank to cash the check just say that. Not the check is over 1500, not I'm not a customer, and then don't contradict yourself by saying you have to charge a fee for not being a customer and the client banks with you and twice now you haven't charged a fee, I consider that theft. Be consistent .

Would like to give a huge thanks Ms. Gem and Mrs. Falone for their professionalism and most courteous customer service. Both who over exceeded their concern of my issue and came to a resolved solution that I am happy more than happy with. To Mrs falone and Ms. Gem and to the other few I've doubt with at other branches because of y'all I will always be PNC customer. Thank you all.

I stopped by PNC to deposit a large check for my elderly father and was nervous about it. I ask the teller to fill out the deposit slip so I wouldn't make a mistake, she looked at me, rudely tapped on the deposit slip and said "This is a legal document and you have to fill it out". Mind you, this deposit slip doesn't require a signature and I could have brought a bum in off the street to fill it out for me. Plus, every bank I deal with does this without my even having to ask.Was she busy? Nope ... I was the only one in the bank. She just couldn't be bothered.This is my first (and I hope last) experience with PNC. From now on when I hear PNC Bank I will have a negative opinion about it.

It's amazing how these banks stay in business. I'm not sure what criteria they use in hiring their underwriters, but I'm constantly amazed when comparing loans that get approved vs loans that are denied. It's almost as if they only want loans they know will default. Truly incredible.

Will be changing banks as soon as we have our money avaliable. Had to make a new account (separate cause) and it took pnc a week and a half to inform our employers that the old account doesn't exist anymore to use the new one. And because we didn't have access to our money for almost a month waiting on check to show up there are several late fees we now owe on bills. Such a hassle and the branch workers seem left in the dark just as much as the customers. They also look over worked and are incredibly understaffed. Pnc really out here doing their branch workers dirty. Do better pnc. Not that I care that much because you won't be seeing any more of my money.

If l could give this bank A zero l would ! WORST BANK EVER . They have kept me going back and forth with customer service and their local branch. Their customer service is even worse the “manager “ l talked to wasn’t even a manager. They are rude , don’t care about fixing anything . They are the most absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with , save your time and money and go somewhere else .

I loved BBVA. But my experience with PNC has been absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service, no one able to help me access my mobile banking or debit card. Can’t get ahold of anyone, and when I do the call either drops or I’m transferred to someone new who still can’t assist me. This has been going on for 4 days now, and I am beyond frustrated. Will be taking my business elsewhere. They will lose lots of customers guaranteed by the way they’ve treated their customers throughout this conversion.

Mobile sucks. No longer open on weekends. Bring back BBVA. Don't bother calling, you'll be placed on hold forever with no answer, then you'll get hung up on.

Everytime I’ve tried to use the ATM it’s down for some reason or another then their banking app is whole other story…. They made is so no wire transfers can be done for three days! And now I try to sign in at 11pm at night to look at something and the app says it will be down from midnight tell 3am but it’s only 11pm and it’s already not working! I’m already in the process of switching banks!
