My neighbor across the street had his garage door replaced and I went to look at it. They had explained to him why it needed replacing and why the old one was having problems. I compared mine which was popping and had some problems as his. Sagging and bad alignment. They came out the same day and replaced mine in 2 hours. It looks great. Sounds even better. They explained the difference and why the old one was having problems. Good guys and good job. Can’t ask for better.

my wife I was very impressed with Eric. He’s a real educator. He did not talk down to her and she felt respected. He show genuine concern for our garage door problems and he fixed it. He has excellent communication and people skills. This company is lucky to have him.

Our garage spring broke & our garage door came off the railing at 6pm upon returning home. By 6:30pm Matthew the owner had a technician at our house to start repairs. Steven our technician was extremely courteous and professional. Steven’s attention to detail and quarterly maintenance suggestions were greatly appreciated! BCS Overhead Door Company is what other companies should strive to be when it comes to customer service!! A+ Service & I will gladly put my name to this review-George Slafko

BCS Overhead Door performed a miracle today! We woke up to our vehicle being stuck in the garage due to a spring breaking overnight. I wasn’t sure who to call, but had previously heard great things about this company. I called this morning at 7:48AM, got an answer and a timeframe. Not long after our call we had a team arrive ready to repair our garage door. They also offered us a solution so we wouldn’t get stuck in the garage again! As a mom with three kids home for summer and no way to get my vehicle out of the garage, BCS Overhead Door was a Godsend. We are so thankful for their help, professionalism, and prompt service. I would HIGHLY recommend. Great team and timely service. 10/10!
