When I moved out they changed the locks before the date on the lease. They also allowed someone else to move in before I was supposed to be fully out. They respond to emails days later if at all. They do not answer the phone 70% of the time. I did not receive any of my deposit back. Completely unprofessional. Understaffed. Don't follow the contracts or even know what they say.

We started renting a dublex that bell properties manages about a month and half ago, and since then any request we have put is always answered right away.Their staff is great and everyone is really friendly 10/10 would differently recommend

This is the best property management in town. I've lived in property managed by every big property management place in BCS. Bell Properties is the most responsive and cooperative. They have a really friendly team that actually listens to the needs of the tenants. If you're looking for a drama free place to rent, go with something managed by Bell Properties.

I would highly recommend Bell Properties. They are excellent at their work. Karen and Larry helped us find our perfect home. It took us more than a year to find the house we were looking for but they were always patient with us. They were always supportive whenever we had questions. They are more like a family to us now. Even after a year of purchasing the house, we still contact them with any questions.

Bell properties real estate is really best real estate company . We was looking for a home to raise our babies in and had used many other real estate companies before and was starting to think we would never find something we truly loved to call our forever home, until we called bell properties and spoke with Diane and she worked with us to find the perfect place. I have had a great experience working with Bell Properties. I bought a house in College Station that Bell Properties listed for a rental property. The experience during the buying process was positive. The best decision I made was to put the house under a management contract with Bell. They handle everything for me. They are professional and responsive. Gretchen has been a joy to work with since the beginning. She is positive, responsive, knowledgeable and has great communication skills.She almost always answers the phone or calls back within minutes. I feel that she handles any issue with my best interest in mind.Gretchen is such a great asset for Bell Properties and me.

Maury Bell is awesome. First of all she always returned our calls and kept us current on everything. Her staff took us down the path step by step. She was straight forward with us on what it would take to sell our properties. Her staff was efficient and friendly. There is no doubt that we chose the RIGHT realtor.
