I contacted the store with a receipt concern today. The staff was very professional and helped. I appreciated that they were willing to try to figure out the issue. I was aggravated as I had thought the receipt was someone using my bank information. Turned out it was a family member using my phone number to give me points. I apologized and was treated respectful.

I have just had the worst shopping experience ever. The stuff there is extremely unhelpful and stays always idle behind the counter. Nobody greeted us or offered any help. When I approached them with a question, they looked at me annoyed (they were in the middle of a privat conversation) and I felt their response to me was condescending. And I was just inquiring about their sales and discounts. Usually, they put (together with a receipt) some flyers for 20% off the next purchase. This time I got nothing for some reason. And at some point, I was thinking they would not offer me even a bag for my purchases. Would never ever go there again! And would not recommend to anybody such an unpleasant place.

I always loved shopping at Carter's, in Houston, so I was glad they had one down here. The ladies on duties were real kind. They don't have many color options which sucked, but I got close to what I wanted. They had sales going on which was cool.
