“This is an update to my original review. I initially gave one star due to an extremely frustrating experience with Barclays, the bank behind Old Navy’s credit card. However, I want to acknowledge that after Old Navy pursued the matter on my behalf, the issue was finally resolved.

Someone from Barclays’ president’s office reached out, listened, and followed through with genuine care—something that had been missing for months. I deeply appreciate Old Navy’s support in getting this sorted out.

I’ve updated my rating to five stars, not only because the issue was resolved, but because of the care and effort shown, especially once it reached the right hands. Thank you to Old Navy for stepping in and advocating for your customers, and to Barclays for ultimately resolving the problem.

This one star is not for Old Navy--I'd give them a 5. This is for Barclays--the bank behind Old Navy's credit card.

I love shopping at Old Navy, but dealing with Barclays, the bank behind your credit card, has been an absolute nightmare.

After changing my address, I have spent five months stuck in an endless cycle of mailing, faxing, and calling—yet nothing has been resolved. I’ve escalated the issue, only to be told I’d receive a call from a manager, but they never say when. Apparently, customers are expected to be on standby indefinitely, with no respect for their time.

Barclays has no email support, no secure online document upload, and relies on outdated methods like fax and phone calls—which still don’t fix anything. This has been the most frustrating and time-wasting experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution.

I’ve even considered closing the card altogether, but knowing it could impact my credit score, I feel stuck—metaphorically caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.

I wouldn’t recommend Barclays' credit card to anyone, and I truly hope Old Navy switches to a more reliable bank for its credit cards. Customers deserve better!”

Maroon U is clean, well organized, and a great place to shop for your Aghie needs and wants.”

“Emily and her staff made my first pointe shoe fitting an enjoyable and memorable experience. Their expertise and patience helped me find the perfect fit for my first pointe shoes! I also left with beautiful dance attire and will definitely be returning for future purchases! Five stars isn’t enough for the quality of service I received here!”

“I contacted the store with a receipt concern today. The staff was very professional and helped. I appreciated that they were willing to try to figure out the issue. I was aggravated as I had thought the receipt was someone using my bank information. Turned out it was a family member using my phone number to give me points. I apologized and was treated respectful.”

“The outlet was spacious with space dedicated to gentlemen, Ladies and kids offering different styles of clothing.
I was surprised to see the H and M application or account from outside the United States not working at the cashier section.
The front desk staff was really helpful in helping in billing my shopping.

“I’m a first time momma, and this store was a big hit for us! You definitely have to go in ready to look for stains, imperfections, etc on the clothes - however, if you’re willing to do that, you can sort through and find some really cute things for super cheap. My only complaint is that we got a ton of clothes and they ALL had the strongest perfume smell on them. It was migraine inducing in the store. I brought them home and kept them in the bag for when I was ready to unpack her stuff and start washing. When I pulled the bag out today, I immediately got hit with that perfume smell again and had an instant migraine. I’m not sensitive to smells - but these clothes were absolutely drenched in the strongest scent. Obviously the clothes will be washed prior to my daughter wearing them, but it’s good for moms to know - especially those of you that are pregnant or are sensitive to smells normally. Overall still a great store, and we will definitely be back!”
