  I had a great experience here. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hailey did a great job on my shampoo/cut, even though I went in not really knowing what I wanted, but I left very happy. If you’re looking for a new stylist, give them a shot

  Ms. Elizabeth does everything I need and more! She’s somebody that I can come back to all the time and she remembers what I like and don’t like which is great that she builds relationships with her clients! I highly recommend her when it comes to haircuts and/or highlights!

  I was so pleased with everything at Chrome! My daughter recommended it, and I had such a positive first time experience. First, I called to see if I could get highlights and a haircut that day. They told me that they could work me in for a haircut but not highlights, because they were booked. But, when I got there, Jordan worked me in for both the highlights and haircut. She did an outstanding job!!! Thank you, Jordan! I am so pleased!!!
  
  Chrome is a lovely salon! Nice and clean! Linda at the front counter is very helpful, professional and polite.

  Got a haircut with Elizabeth two times. She did a great job the first time but not so much the second time. I had an objectively bad/uneven shoulder length cut. Came back for a third time to get it fixed thinking I wasn’t going to get charged as she messed up, but that wasn’t the case. Pretty bad customer care for a place that charges high end prices… ended up paying $90 in total for the service and fix up..
