Overcrowded. My Chicken Fajita salad wasn't good. Seems like there was a whole head of Lettuce, half of a diced tomato. 3-4 half strips of chicken.. they forgot to bring my salad dressing. My daughter's steak on her panchos was cold.. as long as we waited for our food.. this was a disappointment to receive cold steak. My frozen margarita was watered down.. it too took a while to get to me, by the time I received it you could tell it had been prepared & sitting for a while before making it to me. Our waitor was polite.. very busy.. to be expected due to the Overcrowd.

The only negative is the somewhat limited food selection but overall good fajitas!

I was pleasantly surprised! The food was good and the salsa was delicious. I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but I would definitely eat here again next time we are in TX. The server was slammed, but he made sure we were taken care of.

Worst to go food order ever had. Tacos were so soggy you couldn’t pick them up with out them disintegrating. Food order was wrong. Ray Charles could have had put the food together better and made it more presentable. Cherry on top is the beef fajitas were tough as boot leather. Would recommend going to Mas Fajitas across the

Chuy’s has always been a go to choice for me and my family for as long as I can remember, but not anymore thanks to the “manager” Ryan who likes to wear Hawaiian shirts to work. First of all, our server came to our table a total of 3 times during our 50 minute long stay. Then when we go to pay, we use a MANAGER ISSUED GIFT CARD that was given to us and Ryan begins to tell us that the card has no balance. We go back and forth explaining why we got the gift card and who we got it from, and he then goes on to tell us we were lying and that “managers have no way of issuing gift cards to customers”. Instead of understanding our explanation, Mr. Hawaiian shirt Ryan tells us we can pay the bill in full and walks away mumbling under his breath (I hope he doesn’t do that at home with his wife). Anyways, Ryan needs to learn some professionalism on how to handle these things and how to dress for work.
