“My teenage son and nephew went into this store with my two year old son while us parents finished our meal at Casa Ole. I was a bit nervous that they'd destroy the place so we rushed dinner and headed to down to Zumiez to get them. To my surprise the lady at the counter (Alicia, Manager) was laughing and talking with all the kids. She knew their names and welcomed them back anytime! So very kind! My teenager loves this shop, and now I do too!”

“I cannot speak to the experience of being racially profiled, but I would like to note that, as a middle-aged white lady, the customer service at Charli is very attentive. Yes, they pay attention to you when you come in, and they are inquisitive and helpful. I received a gift from Charli for Christmas and it didn't quite fit, so I tried to return it. They only give store credit, which is fine, but good to know ahead of time. Try before you buy!”
“One of the better stores in the B/CS mall. The staff was super sweet, I asked them to help me pick out some jewelry for a dress and they were happy to do so. I wish there was more space, the store does feel a bit cramped, but they still have a good selection of clothes and jewelry.”
