I've had a great experience with Samantha who has been running this location
She is always here and keeping this place clean
I've been staying in one of the apartments and had 2 fans that didn't work the first time I mentioned it to her they were replaced in no time
She was very polite and professional

Worker is great we worked with!
The spots are tight and the 18 wheeler driver was lazy, he didn’t park in his space parked in the lane in front of our 36’ RV. Made it hard to get in and out. Thanks

We had an amazing experience getting our storage unit. Samantha was amazing helping us find the right unit for us. She was very kind and polite, walked us through any questions that we had and was very professional. The property was very clean the storage unit we rented was very clean inside, The climate control worked perfect. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed right away. I highly recommend this storage company at this location for anyone needing storage units.

Manager did not show up for scheduled pick up! I am wasting precious time with my movers because the manager could not get to work within an hour of their opening time! Make sure to go somewhere else if you want to actually rent moving equipment!
