Great place to stay. This hotel is older and they have made many improvements. They are still working on areas. The breakfast was good. The sheets were nice and the bed was on point. Slept like a kid.Rooms: Our room was very spacious. We had a jacuzzi tub. It was very nice and clean. I filled it up and let it run then inspected the water. Nothing in the water after running it so I drained the water and refilled it. I sat in the tub and watched TV while I relaxed. It was really nice.

This hotel was fine, pretty average low cost chain hotel. I did not know there was going to so many workers and renovations going on. Bit of security issues too the outside doors do not lock and are not secure. Anyone could come into this hotel without a key. There were also hotels guests or random people (not sure which) drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot for hours.Safety: Doors are not secure.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. At the time of booking, no mention of renovations occurring. We show up and the hotel is an absolute dump. We get assigned a room and after we unpack we realize the door doesn’t lock. We go back down to get another room….after we unpack in room 2 he comes up and tells us that this room is actually assigned to someone else and we need to move again. Get to room 3 and the door isn’t unlocking. The ironing board was filthy and the iron burned a hole straight through my shirt. Stains on towels. Employee named Linda wouldn’t let the second person in my room get another key (because again, none of the keys would ever work) without me being there even if I verified all the info on my file so she made him wait 2.5 hours in the lobby until we were able to come back. If I could give this dump zero reviews, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Shmokers beware, prejudiced people here. Thievery here as wellOwners wheels got stolen and their Denali put on bricks while I was here, then they charged me 250 falsely for smoking in a room, and bragged about charging another person because they smelled like the wrong plant walking through the lobby from smoking outside. These are con artists, plain and simple. I wonder if the owner had it coming, those wheels getting stolen. When I went to protest my charge hours after checkout, they allowed me back to the room that smelled like nothing but cleaning supplies. The only reason it would have smelled originally is from delta which would have been in a baggie in our luggage. And that’s a very different smell than smoking inside.Bet they don’t charge folks for smelling like a Marlboro!

Everyone from the desk to housekeeping were actually very nice. Didn’t run in to one grumpy employee. Building is showing its age, but the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. Can walk to Buffalo Wild Wings in 2 mins. Would stay here again!

Husband checked in and discovered bed bugs in the room. He went to night manager who showed no emotion about the situation and offered nothing. Husband said he was checking out and the night manager stated he couldn't refund the payment for the reservations because it was prepaid. Husband went to another hotel and stopped by the next morning and talked to day manager who refunded the whole amount. Never will stay here again!

Room was clean and bed comfortable but the thermostat on the wall didn't work and/or had discharged batteries. We stayed here because we were told the pool was open, which it was BUT it was slimy, green, had leaves in it and it didn't smell like chlorine. The hot tub jets didn't work, it wasn't warm and it also had debris in it. Very upset that I came for a pool SPECIFICALLY that I didn't swim because I was afraid I'd catch goodness knows what in that nasty water. The floors in the hallway are weak in several places. The tile in our bathroom was coming unglued. The vending machine on floor 3 gave us expired Dr Pepper bottles. The side doors on both ends of the building had the locks duck taped so that they didn't latch. It allowed anyone access. This was on the pool side as well as the other end. The staircase has soft spots that were hollow. The lady at the front desk wasn't rude but she certainly wasn't overjoyed to be there. Breakfast was typical of Comfort Inn.

Room was your average size. We opted for a king bed with a sofa, which was nice to have the larger bed. Shower was strange to operate: difficult to turn on and off, and difficult to adjust temperature. And like all hotels, the shower head points at the chest of a 6'1" male. The pool is not heated, and the hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed. All in all, it wasn't bad, but I didn't feel it was worth what we paid.

Many people complain the hot tub issue but unfortunately the issue still exists to the date when I wrote a review. There’s women’s hair in their “clean” towel. I stayed two nights there. The second night when I returned the hotel I found that the housekeeper didn’t even shut the door while my computer was still in the room.

Ana in the breakfast area made the entire stay great for our family. She was very friendly and so sweet. Ana's costumer service was outstanding. Hopefully, she is promoted so she can spread her joy.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time or $. We've had issues with this hotel 2yrs straight. Our son competes in the TAAF Texas Summer Games and it's been in College Station the last 2yrs. The coach reserved rooms thru this hotel again this year, despite our concerns. Our son wanted to be with his teammates, so we decided to give them another chance. Absolute worst decision we could've ever made! So last year 2018 we woke up to an ant infested room. Luckily my husband was the only one bit because he's the only one who got under the bed covers. I normally check the beds but we got in awfully late and I just wasn't thinking. We brought it to the attention of staff & the only compensation they could give was a $20 credit. My husband had bites on his hand/arm and that's all they had to offer. We just left and got a room at a different hotel. We were there for our son and didn't want to put energy into something so negative. Fast forward this past weekend. We were running late so we called to make sure it wasn't an issue. We were told by corporate to just be there by 7am Sat since we were supposed to be there by Friday 3pm. We'd reserved a room for 3 days total. Needless to say we were still charged a No call no show, plus 3 days twice. Yes, you got it; we were double billed and charged a fee even though we called. We spoke to corporate reservations bc the phn# online goes to them not the hotel. So basically the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Besides the billing issues, the room itself was horrendous. The room smelled of mildew and just wasn't clean. Amongst many things, there was debris around every corner/wall (mind you I was looking for ants again) which tells me they probably vacuum but definitely don't sweep, the bathroom shower wall had black mold, the fridge had a fishy smell, and there was hair between the sheets. Yes, hair. They don't clean the rooms properly or change the sheets!!! I wish there was a No Star option.

Took towels and didn't replace. Haven't taken our trash out the entire time we were there. Pool is gross. All three ice machines are broken. Nails sticking out of the floor, looks like someone didn't hammer them all the way into the carpet.
