This bank definitely has the real small town feel! Customer centered and family-owned is a wonderful combination you just don’t see with other banks. ANB has been around for well over a century and they have really kind and helpful staff in the branches, all ready to serve and take care of their customers. I’m thankful we found them in our community! Carrie has been our partner since we opened our accounts and has personally called when something has not looked right with our account activity. We trust her completely and appreciate her help. Thanks ANB for all you do to protect our investments!

You’ll truly never find better people than Heather Price and Destinee. Getting a home loan anywhere else or with any other person was an absolute nightmare. They got our application and had us signed within 30 days… They’re punctual, informative, sincere, and made this process easy and fast. The absolute best!

Carrie absolutely lied to me. She has a problem with me apparently but isn’t honest enough to admit it. Thank goodness for other branches that care about their accounts. I will never set foot in the Fitch bank location. Arlene Griffin

I started banking with Texas Commerce Bank when I moved to Texas 30 years ago. At first personally, and later professionally when I opened my own law and accounting practice. In my profession I was aware smaller banks offered better customer service but I didn't really need any customer service for my banking needs, so I stuck with Chase when they acquired Texas Commerce Bank. Chase was close. Chase was easy. Chase was familiar. Since I never needed any assistance, when my personal banker got transferred the fourth or fifth time, I never developed a relationship with another one. So when it came time to apply for my PPP loan I applied with Chase thinking they would help me out. After applying, I noticed the messages on their website said their call centers had limited hours, they were experiencing high call volumes, and to use online banking to check on stimulus payments. Nearly two weeks after I applied, they rejected my application without explanation, by email, told me to reapply, and they would save my spot in line. I tried to call to check the status of my loan, and after waiting on hold for nearly an hour, got a representative who was completely unable to answer any of my questions. I called again and three transfers later, they sent me to the wrong department with no way to transfer me back. I sent them several secure messages to check the status of my loan only to get obscure replies like "we are doing the best we can". Three weeks after I put in my application with Chase, I still had no information about my loan. My sister recommended I try her bank so I called Commerce National Bank. No hold at all. I got to a live person who was immediately able to help me. I submitted my loan application that day and four days later I was approved. Easy to reach by phone. Easy to reach by email. I dealt with three different vice presidents there. They all treated me like family and like I had been a client forever. I don't remember receiving better customer service in my 62 years ever, anywhere. If you are with a big bank and they treat you like a number, maybe it is time to make a change. I am glad I did.
