“I use their software RHVAC Online product, and have used their tech support regularly for assistance. In particular Brian is extremely helpful. If he doesn't know something he finds out or transfers you to someone who does. Very nice people.
The alternative software options either result in completely inaccurate reports, because you cannot change very limited default inputs (CoolCalc), or are thousands of dollars (Wrightsoft), which is not accessible for a company with limited volume. I have been very happy with Elite Software.”
