“Richard was amazing from start to finish updating my laptop! I am extremely happy with every part of the service, from answering all my questions to taking great care of doing the quality work needed to get my computer working wonderfully. Thank you also to Sarah at the front desk who was so very kind and helpful. Thank you to you both!”

“I use their software RHVAC Online product, and have used their tech support regularly for assistance. In particular Brian is extremely helpful. If he doesn't know something he finds out or transfers you to someone who does. Very nice people. The alternative software options either result in completely inaccurate reports, because you cannot change very limited default inputs (CoolCalc), or are thousands of dollars (Wrightsoft), which is not accessible for a company with limited volume. I have been very happy with Elite Software.”

“Like another review says I’m sure most bad reviews for this place (especially service wise) are for the fingerprinting spot that shares the same building. Anna was great, very professional and super nice. Highly recommend if you have computer issues.”
