Spoke to Duncan over the phone on a Sunday in regards to an xbox issue. He was very friendly and patient on the phone. Dropped my Xbox off about 20 minutes later and the awesome friendly customer service continued. I can instantly tell he knows how to connect with customers. Highly reccomend.
