My little guy broke his screen and I went I to the Cricket store for help getting a new phone. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Fulvio he was so kind and friendly had no problem answering all my questions about getting a new phone. I had to come back another day due to the fact I didn't have the old phone with me but when I did Mr. Fulvio was there again and welcomed me back and kindly helped me set up the new phone. He was very kind and very patient with me he helped me every step of the way .This will definitely be my go to store from now on. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service I pray this company knows how valuable you are to their business.Good friendly customer service is hard to find these days well done Mr. Fulvio you're awesome! I would definitely recommend this Cricket store if you need great customer service

I called the Cricket Wireless location in College Station for assistance with my deceased father's plan, as they continue to withdraw funds from his account despite being informed of his death and the cancellation of his plan months ago. I was told someone would call me back within 20 minutes, but that was yesterday.
It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially during a difficult time like this. I hope that this customer service representative is never treated this poorly or neglected whenever she's going through mourning. At this point, it seems they are intent on keeping the money. I'll be sure to inform others about my experience with Cricket Wireless's handling of a deceased war veteran's account.

I am in Europe and trying to speak with a rep about a problem to use European chip. When I signed up I was told I had to go electronic because there were no more chips in the store. When you are set up electronically, I now found out, it blocks your phone until you stop payments. I called the local store in College Station where they told me I could call them for help, well no one answered, then I called the 800 nbr. the rep would not listen to me even though on the second attempt I told her I was calling from Europe. I will tell my experience to my friends who recommended Cricket to me. I am extremely unhappy about the Cricket experience?
