Poor customer service and even worse critical thinking skills from the pharmacy tech that came to the window this afternoon and said I’d have to wait an hour for her grab my prescription that apparently is an over the counter. When I asked why I must wait an hour she said, “we have a lot of prescriptions to fill” I went across the street to Walgreens and got the prescription via window with absolutely no problem.

Same here: Go to a pharmacy that doesn’t obviously hate their customers and treat them rudely the minute they are either in their line or at their store!

Howdy!
Arrived at the pharmacy desk at 7:57P to pick up my medicine. Five employees in the Pharmacy stand there talking to each other and staring at me. I state I’m there to pick up medicine. They retrieve the information in the system. I wait a moment for them to provide me with the medicine and they say ohhhh, we are closed. Seriously. It’s not 8P yet so how are you closed… When I arrived and began speaking with all of you, it wasn’t 8P yet. I was referred to the CVS pharmacy in Bryan.
The customer service I experienced was well below par and did not meet my expectations.
I ask that this issue be rectified by:
1. Keeping the pharmacy open until 8P, as stated. If a customer arrives prior to 8P, then I ask that you serve them.
2. Remember that many of your customers have chronic illnesses and receiving their medicine is critical for life. Show empathy towards us and provide stellar customer service — This is how you keep customers and receive 5 star ratings.

I personally do not think this CVS is as bad as people make it out to be. I’ve been using them as my pharmacy for years and I haven’t had any issues. Any time I have a concern or question, the staff is always willing to help me and gives me genuine helpful information. They help me find coupons for medications if they’re too expensive and are diligent about communicating with my doctor if there’s any concerns regarding my prescriptions. The only complaint I have is that they can be a little slow sometimes, but honestly most pharmacies are. Sadly, I am going to be moving soon and will not be able to continue using them as my pharmacy. I deeply appreciate the services that they have provided to me throughout my time in town!

Today I shopped at CVS, and because I'm an ExtraCare member by paying a small $5.00 membership fee each month, my $32.00 receipt total was reduced to $11.54!! That is a 63% savings, my friends, and I enjoy those savings every month!! Try it...You'll L?VE it!!

2 times I have come to this location and both times the same issue. The employees won't check you out. They make you use the self check out machine. I don't know if it is cvs policy or what but it is so frustrating. I will be going to walgreens where they are still willing to serve customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The girls at the pharmacy, specifically the blonde, likes to close BEFORE 8pm. Meaning if you're coming from work and get there at 7:59, GOODLUCK. Horrible service. For that young lady, if you want to leave early then find a different job honey.
