We’ve worked with D&D Movers for years through our storage facility and have always had great experiences, but they recently helped move our main office into our new building and once again did an outstanding job! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They made the entire move stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any moving needs — commercial or residential.

D&D was awesome! Showed up exactly on time, immediately got to work wrapping and loading furniture and appliances, and never stopped until everything was setup just as we asked at the new place - including several very large, bulky, and heavy pieces up a tight spiral staircase. Relieved me of my biggest stressor for moving. Highly recommend!

I strive to avoid grudges, but I believe it’s important to express my concerns when I encounter dishonesty in business transactions. This is to ensure others are informed.Previously, I provided IT support for D&D, resolving various issues including the removal of ransomware from their computers, a threat that could have crippled their system. Despite spending extra time on research and troubleshooting, I often didn’t charge them for the full duration. My goal was to exceed expectations, be fair, and retain their business.However, there was an instance where I invoiced them for a job, but the payment was never received. After weeks of trying to contact the owner, he finally responded, expressing his “dissatisfaction” with my services. He failed to provide any specific examples of my shortcomings and simply stated, “Yeah so I’m not going to pay you.”The unpaid amount was relatively minor, so I decided to let it slide. While I respect a business owner’s right to choose their service providers, the owner’s decision to withhold payment for a completed service request, coupled with his subsequent unresponsiveness, struck me as unethical and dishonest. I believe such actions reflect on the character of a business and its owner.

We used D&D for our move from College Station to Dallas. The entire process from quote estimation to booking was smooth and easy. The moving team showed up on time and they were fast and efficient. They were also able to disconnect and connect the washer, dryer and refrigerator which was a plus! I recommend D&D Moving for your moving needs.

Have used D&D to move several large safes. The last one was a 91 gun. And was HUGE. the team met me at the loading point, and I was immediately impressed by the politeness and professionalism. Once the safe was loaded. I left for my house to prepare for arrival. They showed up about 5 minutes after me. After much research, they came up with a plan. The safe is now in place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for safe moves.

Poor communication. HORRIBLE service. While the movers were kind, they did not take any caution when moving my things. I had them move my entire life into a storage unit and upon viewing the items, many were broken, boxes were fully torn. Very clearly unprofessional work and no regard for my personal belongings. Not to mention they did not listen at the time of reservation and sent a truck too large to manuver the storage facility.Horrible experience. I recommend Sarge's Moving - I've used them three times and have never regretted it. Had to use D&D because Sarge's was booked - I will NEVER make that mistake again.
