I shop at Dillard's often and I shop there for men's clothes, from Ralph Lauren,to Psycho Bunny to their mens suits , the same lady has been in that department for years and she has always been helpful and one of the reasons I keep going back

The manager is rude and snarky!! I won’t be shopping at this Dillard anymore! They did not tell me I had only 3 days to return something and he said it was on me to know because it had been their older a while. I didn’t know, because there is not a Dillards anywhere near me. I wish I would have gotten his name, complete jerk!!

I had the best person fit me tonight for undergarments. She was so kind and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable and we found the right fit. She even helped us stay in our price range. She helped give me confidence again. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Don’t bother going to Dillards men’s department unless you look like you’re well off. Went to buy a suit for a funeral and I haven’t needed a suit for over 10 years I was wearing jeans and a pullover, and when we walked up one of the three people that were working, putting up stock glanced over at us. That did not give us the time of day. We were there over half an hour, trying to find. that we needed and not once did anyone ever come to help us won’t be back
