“I came in here with the intention to buy a TV and did not quite expect the service I received at this location. I am not a fan of Best Buy, but one of my TV’s went completely dead and I had to find a replacement quickly for work.
I came here on a weekday browsing around the TV department. One of the Best Buy employees in the Sony area provided some really great recommendations for me to consider. I took some more time to browse around and a Samsung rep approached me. She asked if she could be of any assistance and I told her I was trying to narrow down my choices for TV. The rep said she would be happy to help me narrow down my choices to one. I was provided detailed specs on an OLED and QLED TV. Both were really hard to make a decision on as the rep provided a lot of good things to think about.
I ended up getting the OLED TV and have not regretted the purchase since. It was costly, but I know I’ve purchased something that will last a long time.”
“My little guy broke his screen and I went I to the Cricket store for help getting a new phone. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Fulvio he was so kind and friendly had no problem answering all my questions about getting a new phone. I had to come back another day due to the fact I didn't have the old phone with me but when I did Mr. Fulvio was there again and welcomed me back and kindly helped me set up the new phone. He was very kind and very patient with me he helped me every step of the way .This will definitely be my go to store from now on. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service I pray this company knows how valuable you are to their business.Good friendly customer service is hard to find these days well done Mr. Fulvio you're awesome! “Alan Rodriguez, the Business Account manager at this store is 5 stars all by himself. My business’s account was originally set up incorrectly, causing a complete log jam in improving/adding services and we were ready to leave. Alan patiently solved the “big problem” and then proceeded to do the improving and adding step by step up to the day before his paternity leave! My organization (a large church) and I are all about relationship…building trust a step at a time. Alan has exemplified this, blessing us with good services at totally reasonable rates, step by step. He’s clearly young and learning the ropes, but totally doing it right- with perseverance and humility. Thanks Alan!”
“We had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff were friendly and welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Jose assisted us, and he was truly one of the best we've ever encountered—extremely patient, thorough in answering all our questions, and genuinely committed to helping us find the best deals. He was kind and attentive, even going out of his way to give my kids coloring books and crayons. We visited on Mother's Day, and they were giving out some adorable free gifts, which was a lovely touch.”
“Came here to buy a gaming PC setup for my son for Christmas. I have no idea what to buy or what I need for this setup because I'm only used to buying a full normal PC setup. Apparently, gaming PC setups are sold separately such as the tower, monitor, speakers, etc, annnnd it's pricey. Anyways, sales associate, Andy was very friendly, patiently, and extremely helpful. I had a budget of $2,000 so my mind was set on spending around this price, but he was able to find lingering Black Friday deals for each item that I needed and saved me almost $1,000. My son is just starting off and I know he's into simple mediocre graphic games such as Roblox and Minecraft so this was a solid starter computer that he'll use for years. I was excited so I had his computer setup early and it works amazing and fast. Andy also helped me find a Samsung tablet for my wife which was also on sale.Again, Andy was amazing so I'd recommend seeking him out for assistance. Parking lot is huge so you should have no problem finding parking.”

“What a TEAM! My husband and I switched from AT&T to Verizon. We received exactly what we wanted and then some. Marshall was our first contact he helped us pick out phones, the right plan and switched our information from old phones to new ones.
Came back today just a few days later to drop-off our old phones and had our Verizon bill looked over. Jeremy took care of us today.
Both gentlemen were respectful, patient and made sure we were comfortable in our choices. They to excellent care of us and we do appreciate them both.

“It saddens me that this place has negative reviews bc I’ve been coming here for years. The store is always clean inside and out. The staff are super friendly. I truly enjoy bantering with them and getting recommendations on favorite restaurants, etc. The breakfast tacos are the best out of ANY Laredo Taco in town. I’ve introduced coworkers and friends alike to their tacos and even their lunches and created “lifers” to this specific location. Can’t say enough great things about a gas station mart and restaurant lol. Who knew!?”
