A little out of the way, but easy to follow directions from Google maps. I had a label (printed at home), but no envelope that would work with it. No waiting, and the agent had what I needed readily at hand. In and out in under 5 minutes.

Problems with Fed Ex shipping today. Poor communication waiting on the phone trying to reschedule delivery , and wasted a round trip of 25 miles to pick up a signature required shipment.

The person at the counter was nice, changed the address a few times to correct her misspellings (it was a very long address and with accents we don’t have in English) - the shipping was super fast and it got there on time! From here to another country in 2 days! I am a happy customer
