Purchased 4 new tires with road hazard coverage. Came back about 6 months later with a nail in the center of one tire. Called ahead and left vehicle, returned after 2+ hours and no progress had been made. The tire needed a patch - still waiting 3 hours without any progress. They seem understaffed and without good business process to handle their workload. I feel for them being in such a position but I certainly won’t buy tires from them again or return for any service. Would not recommend, plenty of better options out there that are run smoothly with clear communication. Unfortunate but a change is needed at this location

I just wanna say Dane went out of his way to help my daughter with her car.. after they worked on it something happened and they literally left the shop and drove to her house and fixed the problem! Talk about going above and beyond I can’t say how grateful I am for this shop and for Dane thank you so much buddy it means the world to us!!! He really cares about his customers!!! It really means a lot since in two hours away and can’t be there with my daughter.. I’m sure you parents can understand that!!! So if you need tires go see them at Firestone they are amazing!!

My husband and I showed up 10 minutes before close on a Saturday night with a tire issue. Were greeted with a smile by Victor and an eagerness to help get us on the road and back to Ft. Worth.

They identified a critical issue with my car for just $10 and we're professional all the way through. To fix the issue mentioned though, they were asking over $2000, which isn't necessarily unreasonable but can be done for cheaper elsewhere. Overall would recommend for diagnostics.

I wish I could give 0/5 stars.
I am beyond appalled at my service at Firestone college station. I came in for an oil change and they changed my oil and found a battery issue so also fixed the battery.
As I was leaving the facility with my car and turned onto Texas Ave I immediately noticed a clicking noise. I turn back around and return within 5 minutes from the car pickup.
They inspect the car and find a nail in the back left tire. I did not have this prior to dropping off my car today. I asked if they could fix this tire due to them damaging my property.
Every technician, front desk worker all looked at me and said “well there’s no way you could’ve gotten this in our facility. You must’ve picked it up on your drive home.” I let them know I drove 1-2 miles max and there’s no way as I heard this sound immediately.
Nobody offered to fix this. Said there’s nothing they could do. accepted no blame. Gave no apology. Nothing.
I drove across the street to discount tire to get it fixed as I have tire insurance.
Their corporate office has been emailed.
Follow up:
Emailed corporate and the above email. Was told via email the store manager would call to remedy this situation. The manager never called. Unbelievably awful service.
Please drive to the bryan location or pick a different company all together!!! Do NOT go here!
