Two consecutive xbox consoles that haven't worked, they won't give me a refund unless it is in store, when i tried calling the manager herself seemed to be incompetent.

Sad what this store has become over the last few years. Being the only game store that's not gamestop now has made this place really fall off. So many other game x changes have much better inventory. I feel like they ship their good stuff to other stores. No competition here sucks.

Customer service was excellent. The guy working the counter took in our "trades" fast. Was friendly, and easy to work with. Will definitely go back to this location.

My kid wanted a game, was told they had it, when the employee opened the case to charge us out they couldn't fi d the game. It wasn't the employees fault. Appearantly a diffrent employee gave the game away and never informed the supervisor. He tried to figure out what happend in a positive manner.

sold me 2 broken and 1 corrupted game, only give back store credit. Bought a used controller, half the buttons did not work. The old games are in really bad shape, selection is bad, and corrosion is rampant

used to love this place and i’ve been here w my husband so many times for about 5 years and never had any problems up until recently. we chose not to spend our money here anymore because the worker doesn’t even acknowledge his customers and overall just has a terrible attitude when we ask for assistance.

If you are shopping for anything PS1 and older, they have a very limited selection. I have been to several better Game X Changes in TX.
