I had a great experience having my cards graded through PSA with this Gamestop. I have sent in 4 orders since Nov 2024. On average, I got my cards back between 31-38 days. Gamestop started accepting PSA grading service at the end of Oct. They've only been doing this for 3 months. The process is a lot smoother, and I get email notifications on where my cards are. I will continue to send in my cards to be graded with them.

Do not trust them with your graded cards. I pulled a Mex EX that is worth $250-600 dependent on grade and paid for them to send it to PSA. It's been 2 months and when I call to see where my card is because the order number doesn't pull up on their system, they say that I'll just have to keep waiting to see if it shows back up, but will not take financial responsibility for my lost property and won't even refund me the PSA cost.

I went into the store to get help. The associate there was named Bradley. Upon my arrival, Bradley already seemed to be in a bad mood and seemed dismissive. He seemed easily irritable and frustrated which made me extremely uncomfortable dealing with him but he was the only one in the store. Whenever I would ask a question, he would brush me off or give me a half answer with a hostile attitude. At the end of the transaction, I pointed out that he comes off hostile and he should take note of that when dealing with customers. In response, Bradley stared at me for at least 6 seconds without saying a word or apologizing which was very creepy. I asked his managers name and I had to ask twice because he refused to properly answer the first time. This experience was very unsettling and made me never want to return to this store again.

Pre ordered a game that was set to release on 08/29/2024. Went to pick up the game only to find out the dude in front of me bought the only 2 copies they had. Was told to come back around 3 because they may get another shipment. Went back only to find out they didn’t have any and I’d have to wait around a week to MAYBE get the game I already paid for. Complete waste of time and didn’t get the game I paid for. Last time I pre order through them as they clearly don’t know how to order enough copies.

I've tried calling so many times today and it keeps saying sorry the store is having technical difficulties then I go to the store and there is a be back in 5 minutes sign. Who knows how long thats been up...

This is a small store in Brenham.But the people are very friendly there and knowledgeable.And they're the only ones in town that had the PS5 game system with accessories, after Thanksgiving. I also got a hello Kitty "My Hero Academia" giant-size mug!
