Restraunts could use more parking area during busy times, but you can always use store parking and walk. Nice mix of stores and restraunts. Lighting provides for safety and it's a great location with easy access to hwy 6 as well as very short drive to TAMU.

Great selection of restaurants and other businesses here. Only negative is parking is very tight and very busy all the time. Plan on strategizing where you will park for the most popular restaurants and be willing to walk a few feet to burn of a handful of calories to get from/to your vehicle. LOL
