Only time I EVER rate is if it's absolutely terrible or incredibly great. Only complaint is the extremely long hold times and lack of communication. To get a text at 11 saying it's out for delivery but it actually shows up at 6 is a long window that should and can be easily lowered to maybe like 30 mins
