I had an interesting experience today. We all know that the big wall mirror in a salon is kept in front of the customers to see live what’s going onto his/her hair. The lady who was cutting my hair turned me away from the mirror during entire cutting time, she was standing beside the mirror. I asked her several times to turn me towards the mirror so that I can see and guide her if modifications are needed. Every time she argued with me that she feel comfortable standing beside the mirror and that’s why turn the customer in other direction during hair cut. I was surprised with her argument. Finally she made a mess of my hair cut. I am going to this place for last one year. I never had such a unsatisfactory hair cut before.

The lady was very sweet but look at my hair!!!!! It's not even cut to the same level. This is disappointing! She seems like a genuinely nice lady but the cut is just bad. Even the front bangs aren't of the same height!
UPDATE:
The customer service reaching out is just to show off. They put this comment on my review and when I emailed them back they never replied. This is so disappointing. Especially after the bad service they provided.

I got a haircut this morning at this place, and while the haircut itself was okay, I experienced some discomfort afterward. The person used the trimmer quite harshly, and later I noticed a reddish patch on the back of my neck likely due to rough handling or unclean equipment. It was uncomfortable and a bit concerning. I hope they pay more attention to gentleness and hygiene in the future. Customers expect both a good haircut and safe, careful service.

Just asked them to make my hair shorter. After asking zillions of questions they cut it short in the middle and kept it at least twice longer in the front and the back. And that too after asking me midway if I want to make it even shorter all over and me confirming the same.
Stars are for overall behavior and quick service.
