And, above all, definitely the best coaches with all types of personalities that you can vibe with. Great warm-ups, great Guidance for building and/or starting/mastering techniques, and just the right amount of Balance between serious work and supportive fun!

“We were visiting from OOT and I tried calling about five gyms looking for a day pass for my daughter. I'm so glad the other places didn't work out. This place is awesome! Welcoming, clean, great music, great atmosphere..... I haven't felt this comfortable in a gym since the 80's!! Ooops, showing my age now. If I lived in the area we would become members in a heartbeat!

“After two rounds of P.T. following a knee injury over a year ago, I had trouble making myself do the maintenance exercises for my knee at home...no matter what recovery routines and home equipment I had available. I couldn't take long walks anymore. I was getting weaker overall. I knew other adults who had exercise routines and seemed to be staying fit, losing weight, and maintaining stamina. But for me, personally, the only way I was going to achieve these goals was with outside help. And I found exactly what I needed and then some...at BCS Fitness (Bryan, TX)!The results of the body composition analysis I was given at my first visit to BCS Fitness further convinced me of the serious need to do something. It was so nice to be able to explain my health history and concerns to someone who was able to plan a way for restoring my strength overall beginning right where I was. I had no idea what to do on my own!I can't imagine any strength-training/fitness program superior to what I am enjoying now! Director Brad as well as trainers Nate and Nena are an excellent team. They teach the strength-training skills by demonstrating clearly and individually how to do eachexercise. Then they monitor each client closely and help make adjustments if needed. I always feel like I can be honest with them, and they always answer with something that works! I could go on; but I enjoy being there, doing the work, and seeing the changes in my strength and stamina take place. “Joining Orangetheory in College Station was possibly one of the decisions I’ve made. I’ve been a member of Orangetheory in College Station for almost 2 years. Everything about it makes it a welcoming and motivating environment. From the coaches who always push you to do your best, to the staff who always welcome you with a friendly face, to the workouts that make me feel accomplished every time I walk out of the studio. Your goals are truly in the best interest of your coaches. I’ve seen such a difference in my energy, strength, and how I look and feel. Recently, I made the impulsive decision to run a 10k, and I don’t think I had ever run more than 2 miles in a 2G class. It wasn’t until Coach Elizabeth motivated me to start doing the Tread 50 classes. Ever since then, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my running, endurance, and how I feel overall.

I have always been interested in crossfit, but was nervous to start because I had minimal prior knowledge on lifting weights other than free weights at the local gym. Along with that, I was dealing with back/hip pain from two very difficult pregnancies.After chatting with Sam about my concerns, she made sure to let me know that my pain wouldn’t prevent me from learning CrossFit, and helping people get OUT of pain and gain strength is something SDA specializes in.Well, that’s exactly what they did! My amazing trainer Nathan helped me solve my back and hip issues within the FIRST month of my 1-on-1 sessions.Now, I have now hit several weight lifting personal best goals that I NEVER IMAGINED I’d ever be able to lift, but now I can with ease. “A long day of driving in traffic down from Waco and I was ready for a bit of a workout followed by a shower. An easy time in the Thirty Minute Circuit with arms and legs and core. Good cardio!
Over to the showers which were in good condition with a large space for changing in private. Good hot water pressure at 8:00 pm!

“Great place to work out, doesn't get over crowded, the staff are pretty helpful. The equipment is well maintained and is always clean.
Just got month for month if you can, you'll get messed up over charges. If you try to cancel, it'll take 30 days and you'll have to pay still. Forget trying to get help with customer service, call the gym directly. They'll tell you the same thing.”
