Went to pick up a few item I needed for dinner and some of them were alcoholic beverages and no one at HEB had ever given me a hard time, but our cashier (STEPH C) gave us a very hard time even tho we had TWO ID’S TO SHOW (and she said she has to verify EVERYONE BC IT WAS super bowl weekend, when no one else on staff cared) and when we asked if we could wave around this, she said alcohol sales were high this week as if we won’t go somewhere else??? so we’ll be at total wine for the rest of our adult beverage need’s

This is a great HEB. My friend is handicapped this store is very handicapped friendly. The employees do everything to help my friend when shopping. My friend needs a mobility scooter and has limited ability to reach. We do our shopping together if I'm not able to help. They jump right in to assist in helping to select fruit, meat, and assist with things in coolers. The people in the seafood department are wonderful. We always stop at this one when in the area..

Smaller and they don't have Cooking connections, but the wine dept, and healthy living are done well. This is definitely a college centric store. It would be nice to see some meal deals and premade options that fit the college student needs and preferences. There's weirdly a high amount of Hispanic foods that are predominant in this store despite the clientele.Sacking is alway an issue though. They consistently put raw meat in with precooked meats, lunch meats, vegetables. When you say something they get an attitude..I wish HEB would train their baggers like they did 20+ years ago.

HEB is always busy but it's probably because it's good. Great service and excellent Bakery. I recommend.

The 5 gallon large blue returnable drinking water bottles are great. 75% of the time the water is not restocked by PureLife or Ozarka. Doubling the in store rack may alleviate the shortage. I have mentioned this several times to management at the store, but the suggestion has been chronically overlooked or dismissed. Listening to their customer base? Does not look like this from my point of view. Wish it were different.

Super rude staff. On our last visit to this heb one of the online shopper staff walked into( walked directly into where she was standing and shoved my gf) he was extremely rude. I understand this entire area is racist but try hiring employees that aren’t racist. I’m a war veteran and deserve more respect than this especially from an heb employee. Thanks,Daniel Briones

I liked it! Seriously don’t use self checkout if you have more than 10 items. I made the mistake by not reading and it took forever.

Floral department was rude.I have been searching for florist for my wedding. I really wasn't sure where to start but was told hey maybe HEB. So I went in and saw a woman working there. I smiled and said hi I have a question, do y'all do wedding florals? She smiled but scoffed and said first off, if you have a question I can't just answer your question. I was confused and thought maybe it was a joke or something. Nope. She said if you want to ask a question you have to send me an email and then I'll get back you. But that email isn't to answer your question. It's just a consultation email to set up so we can speak.Essentially requesting an audience with the king type of thing.I said oh okay but I don't need a consultation if I don't know if you do wedding orders. I'm looking for someone who if I gave them a color scheme from photos could make about five floral pieces for a wedding. I'm not looking to design right now.Again she said, email and then we will figure out a consultation and then she will answer the question and then we can work on flowers.I live an hour and a half away from this HEB. I just wanted a simple yes or no. In which case I would have been happy to say oh you do, I will email you to set up a consultation.I even told her this directly stating that it would be a waste of both our times if I set all this up, drove another 1 1/2 back one way, just to be told no. I made it very clear I wasn't looking to create the flowers in this moment. What could have been a 2 second conversation turned into a 15.

My girlfriend and I went shopping there today and everything was super easy to find and very well organized. The shelves were very neat and it's well stocked. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and we even saw the local fire department shopping there as well. Before we checked out, we were able to get a money order for rent while we were there too, and as we were checking out we had a great conversation with our bagger who was very nice. All in all, a great experience and we will be back again soon.
