Do not order from them online. I bought a bed rack from them and it arrived with tool marks in the powder coating. I returned it over a month ago and I have still not received my refund. I contacted them numerous times. They have yet to respond to my last request for an update.

They had a good selection of items reasonably priced. Wish they had smaller gloves and they did not have the right thread wheels we were looking for either. But most times they have what we need for a good price.

The adult toys R us!! I could spend sooo much money in this store! But the service is what takes it to the next level. Always good service, and a clean atmosphere, it's hard to ask for more.

Went in Harbor Freight to find a specific tool. Found it but, decided I might check at several other stores to compare prices. A staff asked if I needed help, and I mentioned tool. Staff took me to correct location in store, and I discussed my decision to compare prices. Staff wished me good luck. I told staff I would be back as I find good items at this store.

The odor drives me out within 10 minutes. Some decent tools. I bought a small horizontal tank air compressor that has been perfect. Nice people

4.17.23 WOW, this location is HUGE! I am use to going to the Jersey Village location on Jones Rd in Houston, TX. But not anymore; this is my new location. The staff was so wonderful & Super friendly. They helped me with an exchange and a purchase. The store was very well stocked and organized. You know I love that! Of course I will be returning. Just wait until my hubby goes to this location...we will be there for at least an hour!
